The building we were in was a bit dated and the exterior, stairs and tennis area could use a bit of love- however, it was really nice inside and have no complaints considering what we paid. Be aware that the place is absolutely at the *top* of the hill!

We booked on the day we arrived in Annecy, while touring on our motorbike. The apartment was a very pleasant surprise- beautiful views from both verandas, plenty of storage space and a kitchen/diner which was great as we wanted to do our own thing at night after sightseeing. Staff were very helpful and coped well with my terrible French! A great budget stop and we would definitely return.

Loves the location, the restaurant was lovely and the balcony looking into the lake was fantastic. Staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast and dinner was very delicious with a very comfortable and friendly environment. The bar area is just fabulous with comfortable chairs and large windows looking to the Annecy lake. Parking a bit limited and bathrooms very small. No housekeeping for a 3 night stay.

Great location with terrific views; nice breakfast buffet with the ability to eat a buffet lunch and/or dinner there for a reasonable price. Staff was very friendly and provided a lot of information. Great outdoor areas and swimming pool.

You need a car really to enjoy all that Lac Annecy has to offer from here. Up a big hill. (NB Didn’t cater for vegetarians very well at breakfast or dinner.)

There is no transport facility from the property to the center, and it takes too long to go to Annecy from this place. The bus station is at 20 minutes of walk with an elevation gain. You clearly need a private vehicle to move from this place to the city if you come for Annecy Animation Festival for example, unless you decide to walk more than 1 hour to be sure of arriving at the right time in Annecy. While the reception of the hotel sent me an e-mail saying there is a shuttle to pick me up from the bus station to the hotel, there was actually no shuttle even if I called the reception on the phone and asked for it.

This place offers a beautiful view on the lake and nature around, if you want to go hiking for example.

Room was tired and in need of refurbishment, as well as not being cleaned for the duration of our stay. We appreciate this is a large establishment but the coach trip groups overwhelmed the place so don't make this a point to stay at if you find this intimidating or a distraction from stop over. We love Annecy but won't be staying here again.

The views were amazing and facilities comprehensive. You could have as much as you wanted at meal times, if this is your thing.

Actually we can’t review this hotel as we were rather rudely informed that our 2 day reservation had to be annulated. There was no explanation nor any effort was done to find a solution. We simply had to deal with their message.

Room much too small, no balcony. No room service. Wanted twin beds and balcony.

Breakfast would be good if fresh and refilled. The room could not be smaller and did either not have twin beds or balcony, against desciption. Main building would be ok, but they don‘t service it according… lounge chairs no cussions aoplied. Very nice view.

The rooms were cosy and comfortable but what makes this hotel amazing is the stunning view of the mountains and the lake! Would recommend staying here.

there was no wifi for three days when we arrived. we didn’t have any phone/internet usage. compensation was given after asking which was good. the room floor was sticky and had grass from the previous people when we arrived and it wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there. the restaurant food was very very average and basic

the views were amazing. the bike hire was great. good bike storage for your own bike.

Room too basic. Hallways unrenovated. Given à room on thé rez chaussée with people walking by, no cantine, no transportation available through hôtel, couldnt even get à coffee outside of thé family meal setting with assigned seating. Not à comfortable stay. Rude, slow staff on messages before check in. Curtains in room do not offer privacy or sun blocking option.

The room was very small but adequate and otherwise comfortable and well appointed.

Good location overlooking the lake and just a short drive from Annecy, which is a beautiful old city well worth a leisurely stroll. Excellent good value buffet dinner and very good breakfast. We arrived in heavy snowfall in early April and stayed only for one night but there are obviously good facilities available through the summer season.

everything I really like everything specially the workers. there is an American France girl work in the restaurant she was sooo nice with us. and the woman in restaurant and the guy too she help us a lot with hot water at night to drink our tea ♥️

WiFi a little patchy and had to log on anew every time

Panoramic view is superb. Service and food excellent. Good balcony areas outside. Very very friendly and helpful staff. Very good cycling lock up and tools etc. Room very clean and comfortable. Good parking

The pool was quite small... But there is the lake Annecy nearby so not really an issue.

If you like cycling it is a great location on the Col de Leschaux. Lots of activités to do like table tennis, basketball and pétanque. The director was really nice and gave us loads of information and things to do in Annecy. Also there are lots of supermarkets nearby if you are doing self catering.
