Great location right in the heart of town. Staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was excellent and great value. Parking lot was a real bonus.

The only thing that I would comment negatively is the view from the room. We overlooked the carpark.

The rooftop pool was just what we needed to cool off and sun bathe. It was quiet and so peacefull. The staff were so welcoming and super helpful. The receptionist helped us book a taxi to Gordes, which arrived promptly.

Great location, very close to town centre, restaurants, bars. Large car park. Beds very comfortable, good Aircon (temperatures were 36-40 during our stay). Breakfast excellent, good selection of food, option to sit inside or out. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We were travelling with 2 dogs and had no issues, were able to take them into the restaurant.

The pool was tiny and the other guests who were there were not fans of our kids swimming there (all the times we tried to swim, it was adults getting in their laps). They weren’t excited to see 3 kids.

Parking was great, super easy to find and nice shaded parking lot. The location was perfect for us: just one street behind the main cute part of L’isle and not in the older part of town that would have been harder to navigate with a car for out of town drivers. Super easy to find. We had a separate bedroom in our suite for the parents and a room for the kids with 3 separate beds. The staff were so friendly & helpful.

The breakfast at the hotel is limited(basic). The Hotel staff can be rude or extremely helpful or courteous depending on your luck. The lady who comes in the morning was very helpful and courteous.

The location was amazing! Very close to many restaurants and bars which are open until late on Friday and Saturday

My only criticism would be that our room was slightly smaller than expected.

It is a modern property which is clean & tidy. For breakfast there is a wide choice of food. It has its own car park which is free to residents. I consider it to be good value for money. Perhaps it’s main strength is that it is close to areas for shopping, restaurants & bars which are easily accessible by foot.

The air conditioning does not always work well. We were finally able to figure it out so it worked OK. The bed was a bit hard. We thought our room was OK. But our friends had a much larger room and it looked like it had been remodeled - it was excellent. We will try and book one of those rooms for our next stay here

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel. Excellent location. Short walk to center of town and one of the best bakeries in France. The female employee from Romania or Hungary was outstanding. She was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. One other employee was not as helpful. The room was of decent size. The secured parking was an added bonus that was very important to us. We arrived early and they were able to store our luggage until our rooms were ready.

Despite the garden access, the lower floor is more of a basement with a very unpleasant smell in the corridor. The smell was not experienced in the room (thank goodness).

Good location if driving - parking on site, easy stroll to village centre. Modern, functional hotel. We were on lower floor with patio doors to garden and lawns.

The hotel has the best rooms in the back with balconies overlooking the quite green garden and the little river, but some of us in the group (including myself) got rooms overlooking the city parking lot and located right above the breakfast room, which was noise from 6:30, as they were preparing breakfast, moving chairs etc. Also my room was nonsmoking, but smelled smoky, I opened the window for the first night and the smell cleared out.

Great location, only 5 mins walking to the old town, but within a quite area, free parking on site, very friendly receptionist, who speaks great English. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, all rooms with balcony.

Lovely big room with balcony overlooking the garden. Location is perfect for walking into Isle sur la Sorgue where there are lots of restaurants, and for visiting places in Provence. Staff were very helpful. Private carpark, your room key opens the barrier.
