The WIFI and coffee machine are not working

The main photo of the attic shown on Booking.com is not representative of the accomodation we were offered which resembled a rather tired student-type flat. It was clean enough, but we were disappointed. (It was my fault for not looking at all the photos!) It was a good 20 minute walk from the Old Town with no supermarket within easy reach.

Location is not the best. Main road on one side and an open construction site on the other. Yes, you go to Annecy for the lake so you spend most of the day there, but still not the most welcoming sight if you have constant noise all around.

The apartment was good compared to other options in area during the tourist season (mostly price-vize). No problem for the dog. 15 minut walk to old city center. Checkout is at 10:00, we left Annecy at 13:00 and we were allowed to leave the car at the parking for that time, which is great.

The walk into town is a bit far if you do it more than once, and decidedly uninteresting. The apartment was very bland. No curtains, so you have to close the shutters or have sun blazing in and the only decorations were small pictures of English telephone and post box and grenadier guard??? Dish washing liquid was not sufficient for 4 evenings/mornings and no other cleaning material available. The broom was completely ineffectual. The main problem is that the building backs onto a large demolition/building site, so there will be noise during the week for some time to come

Fairly easy to find, parking on site, basic equipment for a a self catering stay, good supply of coffee capsules. Alexandra from the office was very helpful getting us into the apartment and then explaining the location of the washing machine. Price for Annecy was reasonable (although had to be paid in advance and non refundable)

The second floor apartment that we booked for 3 adults was large. Basic kitchen facilities provided. Fridge does not have a freezer inside. One bedroom has a full sized work table and an ergonomic chair. Extremely fast wifi. Parking on the grounds of the building. Comfortable bed. There are external swing shutters for the terrace doors and windows. French TV channels only. The host met us onsite to hand over the key. In my case the Booking.com messages advising arrival times were not noticed by the host so a text message was needed.

The property isn’t staffed full-time so it’s necessary to call to check in or make arrangements ahead of time. It’s a bit of a walk into the old part of town (about 20-25 minutes) so just something to be aware of.

Reasonably priced accommodation with private parking in the very popular town of Annecy. Fully equipped so you could cook or eat in if desired.

Very minor things that could still improve the experience: - in the shower there is no shelf to put the soap/shampoo - things have to be put on the floor. - we didn't have enough paper towels - the one we had probably remained from the previous customers.

There are two full-size working places, work and leisure can be comfortably combined - WiFi is also available. Location: quiet street, close to the city center, free parking near the house, well-equipped appartment. All in all, we had an excellent stay! We wanted to stay 2 more days and our request was accepted. Thank you!

there could be more kitchenware. we had only two cups for a group of four. it should be well equipped for as many people as many can sleep there.

it was good value for money, comfortable. there was a coffee maker to make your day start well, but without coffee filters.
