The smell of the hotel, there was strange smell in the corridor of the stages , fortunately only in the corridor and not in our room. First, they gave us a room on the Zero stage and we couldn’t see anything from its “window” but we said nothing about it. A little unforeseen event changed our situation and the staff helped us in changing our room. Second room was really nice, bigger than the previous one and we had really nice view from there. Sad was there were no robes or the slippers for a guest.

Most of all I liked the location of this hotel. Metro is only 5 min far away from there and you can go anywhere from the hotel really fast and easily. The staff was really friendly with us. Most of them didn’t know English well but that was not a big problem, they were trying their best.

Just outside the lifts, leads to the steps - the floor outside the lift on the 3rd floor is a bit of a trip hazard, as it is raised, and it’s not clear with the carpet there that the floor is u even.

I dislike bathrooms which are half flooded after using the shower. I'm obviously exaggerating here, but the construct of bathtub with a movable glass wing against shower splashes never works well. I do also not know who the target audience is. There are bathrobes and cloth slippers provided, but it wasn't clear to me when one would use them. The hotel definitely didn't have a spa or pool or similar, so this was a bit of a waste.

You can't fully close the door to the bathroom/toilet, so not much privacy. And you could not fully close the window to the small court.

Great location! You can get there very conveniently from Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord and of course, it's right in the Montmartre.

Great location, but be mindful that it's close to Pigalle, the.. party are, Although Libertel is offset just enough to be in a very quite street. It's a great base to explore Paris.

One night we had no light in the bedroom from 00 to 5am. I called the reception around midnight to check what happened. The guy from the reception said he couldn’t do anything. And told me to call again next day at 7am once his colleague is back.

Good location, very close to the Pigalle and Blanche metro station and some attractions (Moulin Rouge, Sacre Coeur). The room was very clean and staff was friendly.

The sliding frosted glass door didn't leave much to the imagination if your partner was going to the toilet. Doors ideally need to be changed.

The rooms were small but sufficient and modern. Tea and coffee facilities and bed was comfy.

Booked this hotel last minute and got a great deal. The room was small but typical for Paris. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Close to the metro and a nice walk to some good cafes. There were some adult stores and nightclubs nearby. My daughters and I chose to Uber back from seeing the Eiffel Tower, although I think it would've been fine, just a personal choice. Luggage storage and late check in were both a good option for us.
