A very pleasant hotel in a good location - five minutes walk to the Promenade d'Anglais, where there are also a couple of good restaurants; and about a 30 minute walk or two tram stops into Nice. The tram is a direct route to & from the airport and also just five minutes from the hotel. There are also bus routes nearby.

Nothing! We loved it and would stay again. I can understand that some people may find it a bit noisy but it’s a hotel in the busy part of the City so there is some traffic of course! It didn’t bother us

Location near to tram and bus stops. A bit tired rooms, but comfortable. Good breakfast. Across the street there is a pizza takeaway spot, which is quite tasty. Close to the Promenade.

The room was well equipped but on the small side.

Staff at reception, in the breakfast room and the cleaning staff were all most helpful. The variety and quality of choice of breakfast items was excellent. We never felt hurried and it was great to have the lift to our 4th floor room. Location was very handy for the tram into town and back to the airport and only a short walk to the Promenade.

The size of the bathroom, especially the size of the shower. I am an M size guy 1.80 and I could not turn around in shower. It's not normal. We even had a "room upgrade" offered by booking, but if that is the size of the shower in a upgraded room, that is indeed a big issue from my point of view and that's why my overall score is 8 and not a 9.

The size of the room

Loved the friendly helpful staff. They allowed us to leave our luggage. They allowed us to make tea and coffee anytime. The breakfast was good. The dowstairs lounge was very comfortable.

Room was very small. It was hard to place your suitcase anywhere without constantly stumbling over it.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. So much choice! Nice to have free coffee/tea all day long. On our departure day, we even managed to have full breakfast at 5:30 in the morning. Staff were really friendly. Excellent value for money!

Location is great. It is a very clean place. Nice and helpful staff. They accept dogs at no charge which is very great.

Rooms - they were old, need to be refreshed. Room was way different than the on on the photos. Also the smell was not nice. Staff member tried to solve the problem and give us other room but all of deluxe rooms were the same.

The staff welcomed us as soon as we arrived. They were always nice and solved any problem right away. The hotel is modern, quiet and very clean. Breakfast has a large selection and above all everything was fresh. You can reach the center by walking within 10 minutes, where you can find many restaurants and shops along the way. If I come back to Nice next time, we will definitely choose this hotel ❤️ thank you
