The room is quite fancy for the price, but also bit cramped, as are the floors in general.

Amazing location, very connected to the transportation network, but still feels very relaxed inside, not much noise. Very friendly staff and the kitchen lady is exceptional - being ten minutes late to the breakfast, she still kindly offered us support and put food back on the counter, without time-pressing us or showing any sort of dissatisfaction.

We didn't like the sound insulation. Unfortunately, we had difficulty sleeping until 2 am due to the noise from a washing machine or a similar device in the hotel.

The location of the facility was the part we liked the most, as it provided very convenient and easy access.

The only negative point was the air-conditioning. So noisy and dripping water loudly all night long (not in the bedroom, but inside the machine), it wasn’t such a good point to hear that noise during all night.

We were very satisfied with our stay at L’Ouest. The room was comfortable, very clean and so was the bathroom. Receptive staff. Very good breakfast.

Location is fantastic, very near to restaurants, shopping mall and metro stations. Safe to walk at night and even in the early morning. Room is also nice and clean.

The triple room is very small and the luggage cannot be opened. Sound insulation is not good at night, street noise will affect sleep

Narrow hallways. Small elevator. Odd shower doors (saloon style). Small closet area. Minimal area for in-room luggage storage. Combination body wash/ shampoo provided. Bring your own amenities (separate shampoo and conditioner) if desired.

Excellent location. Very close (half block) to gare saint lare train station. Very convenient for metro travel around Paris and day trip to town of Versailles. Operable window and blackout curtains in room. Heated towel rack in bathroom. Hot water kettle and luggage rack present. Electrical outlets located on both sides of the double bed. Laminate flooring. Clean. Semi renovated. Small room. Looks like the pictures on google. No frills. Was assigned room on 5th floor. Quiet enough but not soundproof. Bring your own earplugs if noise is a concern. Nearest Convenience store located within train station. Unlocked Baggage storage seems secure enough as directly in front of reception. Did not try the breakfast. Housekeeping daily. Good value for stay as we were mainly out and about most of the day. Would stay here again.

The noise from streets. Train staition is next to the hotel. We did not have a good sleep

The location is good. Staff is very nice. Facilities in the rooom very suprisingly good ( tissues, sanitary packages, tea/coffee, water etc).

The luggage room was not surveilled, you leave your baggages at your own risk. The wifi was not working. The room on the street was a bit noisy. The pillows were uncomfortable

The Hotel was quiet old. The pillows were very uncomfortable. You Could hear people in other rooms and due to work going on it was a Bit noisy at daytime.

A room that looked out onto the the street would have nice, but I can't really complain for what was a weekend trip to Paris

The Room was very tidy, the bed was comfortable, nice to provide a bottle of spring water each day in the room, the hotel was in a very good location nearby Gare Saint-Lazare, Hotel staff were very good with their English (Je ne parle pas Francais). Merci Beaucoup

The room closet is a little bit dusty. The safe cannot be used. The towel is a bit old. A bit pity that the cup is a one-time use paper one. The corridor on the 3rd floor has some steps, so it's a bit inconvenient. There is a big concerned that whenever I call to the reception speaking in English, they just pretend they couldn't hear anything, only when I speak French they can hear it. Same thing happened 2 times. If I were wrong, probably the hotel needs to fix their phone.

The tea bag is good. The hand soap is good quality. The bed sheet is clean, matress is good quality. The room is located on a busy road but the soundproof of the window is good. The conditioning can't be turned on in some point, and the people were really keen to help me resolve the problem. Due to some personal issue I needed to have 15 mins late check-out, the reception also has the flexibility to let me do that. It's good that in the afternoon there were some free croissant and pain au chocolate the salon.
