It would have been nice to have a wardrobe for our clothes, rather than an open hanging area, but that was a minor detail which not detract from our stay.

Eric, the receptionist, was marvellous and SO helpful and kind. The room was comfortable and cleaned very well every day. It was easy to get to most places by public transport, and we really appreciated being so close to Jardin de Luxenbourg. Breakfast was always excellent and the staff very helpful.

Location is great for me. Close to nice neighbourhood and to Louxembourg gardens stop of train to CDG airport. Nice person in reception. Friendly and very attentive and helpful, Eric.

The elevator is old and frankly a little scary. Room is small, but is a good size for its price.

Clean place, looks very nice. Great location near a lot of cool places and a very good Vietnamese place. Staff was nice and helped in whatever we needed. The bed is comfortable and you can open the window.

We were disappointed with the advice to order the transportation to the airport. We were strongly advised to order the transportation through the hotel instead of Uber with the assurance of a fixed price of 70€. When we were moving in the van, the driver told us the price was 90.

Older style, tight stairs and a small lift to get luggage up. Our bathroom shower leaked a bit and the lighting was dim but not an issue. We would rec!

The hotel off the Luxembourg gardens is CUTE! Great location within walking distance to many attractions (although we are walkers and will go anywhere within an hour distance). Eric at the front desk was the highlight of our trip and truly went above and beyond! Lots of great restaurants surround this spot, including great french onion soup at Au Pere Louis next door! Rooms were what you would expect of typical Paris. We stayed in a larger room which was worth it!

The location was great, close to public transportation so it was easy to get around Paris. Several wonderful restaurants nearby as well. The staff was exceptional and incredibly friendly. The rooms were good sized and facilities were clean.

The room I had looked into a small courtyard which meant there was very little natural light. I couldn't really tell if it was overcast or sunny from inside my room. The entire room was a a bit worn down. Chips in the tub that gave it a permanently dirty appearance (though it wasn't actually dirty), chipped and cracked paint in places, and not the best quality towels/robes all contributed to the worn out feeling. It didn't bother us, but I can see how it might not be for everyone.

While the room is quite small, they did a great job at maximizing the amenities. There was underbed storage, hooks in the bathroom, a closet space, etc. Traditional french windows that open into the court yard allowed for some fresh air but less street noise. The bathtub was very large and cozy, and a towel warmer was a wonderful touch. The room also had a lot of character. A large mural hung over the bed, two wooden doors that open with an actual key (this might mean you can't get two keys, didn't ask...). The room was quite cozy and nice. The staff was also very helpful and kind. We left our baggage after check out for a few hours, and it was very easy to pick up later! The neighborhood was also really charming. A small market across the street, restaurants and cafes everywhere. Every street was really beautiful to explore.

we only have a bathtub without shower curtain in our room. Also not sure why customers can’t keep the room keys with them like other hotels. every time the customer leaves the room to explore the city, the key needs to be given to the staff.

There is nothing particular that we didn’t like. While the room was small, we knew that coming in.

Room entrance was very close to the stairway, so was awkward to gain access to the lock as it had 2 doors opening in opposite directions.

The room was beautifully decorated, bathroom was lovely and it was very quiet as we were in one of the courtyard rooms. Breakfast was lovely with a very nice lady serving coffee and she gave us extra sausages as we were the last ones down to breakfast. It was within walking distance to all modes of transport and it had all the best restaurants on the doorstep.
