Good position and lovely views, good food and great staff

But hotel needs some renovation , especially spa area . And rooms need more attention with cleaning.

It was our second time in this hotel ( January 2024) and again we are so happy. We had a room upgrade . We would like to mention that food is the best here . A bit thanks to the Chef. He is amazing and the food ( we have half board) super delicious with a great variety of choice the same as previous year . Staff are super friendly ( Greek people ) . Hotel offers free transfer to/from gondola which is cool .

Ski shop guy was lacking a smile as was the young ski shuttle guy. Hotel is tired and really needs a refit.

Staff were generally very good. Bar lounge area large and pleasant. Hotel facilities were ok but getting old.

The pressure from the shower wasn't great.

The food was decent. The selection was well thought out every night, with a number of options being done to a very good standard. The selection of desserts was particularly good. Having access to a hot tub and sauna was also great.

Great location and very comfortable , large comfy bed and balcony . Nice cosy bar and dining room as well . Amazing breakfast and dinner . Lovely staff as well

Our bathroom only had a bathtub and a very low shower head so you had to sit down to shower

Room sizes were small (ours was smallest of the 4 rooms we booked. Great to have tea and coffee available though it would have been great to have this first thing in the morning

Breakfasts were excellent. Lovely to have pastries available at when retuning after skiing. Transport to and from ski lifts brilliant. Staff were lovely

The shower is quite old and fixed on the wall. Not convienent for the parent to clean their kid. There is no ski locker only shelf in the ski room. Always become a mass in the morning and afternoon before and after ski.

Breakfirst and dinner buffet is very good. The hotel provide shuttle to the main ski lift and pick you back after the day. There a quite a lot entertainment facilities in the hotel. Tea and coffe are free.

The staff were very courteous and friendly and the spa facilities were just perfect after a day on the slopes. The hotel had a classic skiing holiday decor, very unique in its way but wouldn’t have wanted it to be any different. The hotel provide a shuttle service back and forth to the 2 ski lifts which made everything so much easier, specially wanting to get back asap at the end of the afternoon to have a swim and a sauna. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Bedroom needs new bulbs as the lamp is not working. In Spa room, the sauna was out of order and cannot use it (but my friends went in steam room and hot tub, which is good) and also swimming pool was a bit cold - need to warm the pool up

- Breakfast and dinner are delicious! - All of them are buffet are totally quick! - Swimming pool and spa are very nice. - Bedroom looks well comfortable. - Ski lift is only 10 minutes walk to Le Diable chairlift All staffs are friendly.

Hotel is a bit old , but amazing staff, beautiful location, breathtaking view and delicious food let you enjoy for 100%.

We stayed for 9 nights and we was so satisfied. Receptionist girls were so helpful and really nice . Restaurant staff were friendly. Huge thanks to chef!!! The food was so delicious. We had half board and really recommend to choose this option. Everyday for dinner different kind of food. Nice spa area where you can chill after skiing. Also hotel has transfer to ski lift which is really good and easy, just make a call and they pick you up where you are.

It would be good to have drawers to put our clothes in as had to leave most in the cases as not enough places to put stuff. Our childrens room had lots of storage but we did not. English tv or access to Netflix would make a big difference.

The male assistant in the ski shop that is attached to the hotel, was very rude and aggressive towards my son when he asked to change his skis. It was very, very hot in the rooms, the restaurant & the bar area. The pool was very cold and the steam room not great; would be better as another jacuzzi.

Holly, the receptionist, was very polite and helpful and also the guy with the spectacles was very friendly. Spa was nice after a day on the slopes. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of foods. And the shuttle service to the slopes was brilliant 🙂 and the driver was very friendly and helpful 10/10!
