Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe shower was an over-bath one which is never very great for pressure or control of hot/cold - but it isn't a major problem and only mention it to find something to write here
The location was in the marina with a good selection of restaurants and a bar very close. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant so cannot comment on that. We did use the mini breakfast service which was in the foyer and consisted of juice, fruit, pastries and coffee for a reasonable price. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was quiet. There was a Spar not far away which could provide more or less anything you wanted. The marina was lovely and clean and a nice place to walk. It is a pleasant walk along the esplanade to St Raphael where the bus and train station are easy to find. Bus trip to St Tropez was very scenic and good value at 3 euros. Train to Nice was also scenic and efficient.

NorwayNothing, everything was fine. We have no complaints.
The service at the hotel was very good, and the hotel is very good located. The room was very clean and we had a nice balcony with a view to a nice and big swimming pool. Very good and quiet location.

United KingdomThe room was a good size and was clean. We had an issue with the sink and bath not draining, but this was sorted out as soon as we told reception. Breakfast was a mix of cold and hot food. Seating area was good. The staff were helpful with moving tables so my family could sit together. Swimming pool are was clean with a few spare sunbeds.

BelgiumWell, I detest smoking and I forget that there are still ALOT of smokers in France. On their welcome leaflet they say the whole hotel is smoke free but that doesn’t seem to include the eating/seating area near the pool. We had room 152 which was right above a seating area that smokers would use to sit and smoke and it made sitting on our balcony not very nice as the cigarette smoke would come up. I asked réception if they could do something about it and and they moved the ashtray but people would still sit there smoking occasionally. They could also do a few small things to keep the rooms better, like clean the aircon that was looking a bit furry, re-grout (see pictures) around the toilet flush and get a bigger shower screen as the bathroom floor would be flooded every time you have a shower.
This is the second time that we have stayed at the hotel. The first time was in May 2023. The location is great to the marina and local convenience shop and restaurants. We prefer this end of the Marina as it’s quieter than the St Raphael/Frejus end. We also like that it’s a smaller low-rise property and it has a cosy feel. It’s an older property that has been renovated at one time or another but the staff are nice and it has everything you need. I’m a regular gym-goer and really appreciate being able to keep up with my routine. It’s in the basement and can get very hot and a lot of the equipment is old, and there is quite a lot of it, but it does what you need it to do. The beds are comfy, the breakfast is limited but has enough to give you a decent breakfast. The lady from housekeeping that cleaned our room was very nice.

United KingdomNothing really. Next to a concert venue so car park can be busy at night, but no issues.
Great location, nice big pool, quite quiet in the day so no worries about sunbeds, lovely marina-side position. Locals bars, restaurants and Spar if needed. Nice seafront stroll into main St R town if you wanted too. Great location for drives to St Maxime (40 mins) or Cannes (50 mins). Only ground and first floor so not big. We had a “Marina View” room which was lovely.

United KingdomThe only downside was the gym seemed to be open to members of the public. We went to use it and were told it was private, and there was some sort of class on.
We loved our stay at the best western, the location was fantastic, on the marina with lots of bars and restaurants and a ten minute walk to central St Raphael. The pool was nicer then the pictures and the pool bar restaurant food and drinks were really nice; the bar staff could make any drinks the peach daiquiris were exceptional! Rooms clean and comfortable!

United KingdomBit strange, there was no shower curtain within the bath. Water obviously goes everywhere and a clean up job is required!
The hotel was located about a 15/20 minute walk from the main town. So if happy to walk location is good. Plenty of restaurants nearby but not thy cheap. Although you are in the South of France. Pool Was decent. Breakfast €18 per person. A bit steep for me. Otherwise a nice hotel.

UkraineFull breakfast is expensive, however, express breakfast for 7 eur os available (juice, coffee, pastry). Location is a bit far from the city beach and city center, however, close to the port with many restaurants.
Nice room, friendly staff, free gym, good wi-fi, secured underground parking garage (extra payment). The hotel provides you towels for sunbeds around the swimming pool area.
