Dirty towels; weak hair drier; no bathroom staff ; nobody reads messages in app and I didn’t get baby cot

the location was not the best form me. you see i was driving for 14 1/2 hours and needed to a diversion to get to the hotel

the Bed was amazing and the shower very nice, however it was a bit weird because some of the water ended up outside the shower

The restaurant was ok more or less, but we asked specifically for gluten free bread and it seems, like the waitress understood and nodded, but then the bread they brought us was regular one, so it could have went bad allergy wise.

Checkin was smooth. Breakfast was ok. The room was very loud from the wind outside, but maybe that's just the weather. The location is in middle of nowhere and no way one could walk the stated 1.8 km to the city centre.

It's quite far from the centre, so if you're not driving it's a bit of hassle to get around. The hotel was a little tired in some design respects, but overall great.

We had the suite and it was lovely and very comfortable with a nice view of the pool.

Food in the restaurant was disappointing. The Iberico pork was tough and pink in the middle and altogether the meal had too many sauces and flavours. Breakfast was excellent apart from the fact that the hot dishes were lukewarm at best. Why cannot hotels use equipment that works?

Nothing - but this is not located in a destination that you’d want to spend a lot of time in. It very much caters for people doing road trips.

Very good pit stop en route between france and Spain. Comfortable rooms, easy and secure parking, food on site, helpful staff. Even a place to store our bikes safely.

The location. It's on the outskirts of big stores: essentially, it's a commercial area with nowhere to walk to, or enjoy. There's no park, no nice place to stroll and nowhere nice to go and eat.If you have a dog with you, then it's a very dull place for them to explore. If all you want is a nice, clean stay for a night, then fine. If you want more, then drive on.

The recpetion staff were excellent and the room was spotless. Parking was good and we felt the car was safe (we left luggage inside). The restaurant terrace was nice and the food good. Service was excellent. The outside pool area is really relaxed. They were very welcoming to our dog.

Unfortunately the room reeked of cigarette odour. There was an ashtray on the table in the balcony. Very unpleasant and disconcerting.

The breakfast was OK but had limited options. The hotel is located right oustide the old town so it is better that you have a car to move to the old town.

Friendly staff, nice rooms. Good value for money. Free parking. We also had dinner on the night of our arrival at the restaurant which offered a good variety of items on the menu.

The hotel is lovely just off the motorway very friendly staff happy to let our dog stay too , wished we had used the pool it’s lovely , food was lovely too.

Location – on a retail park with some traffic noise. The walk into town is only 2km, but not through a nice neighbourhood.

Clean, nice room with king size bed & adjoining kids' room with a door. Fridge. Very basic tea/coffee making facilities. Staff all very nice and a lovely breakfast. Pool area good but pool not heated so a little cold even in 30 degrees. A pretty terrace for drinks. We didn't try the restaurant but wish we had! Prices seems reasonable. Various fast food places and an Aldi nearby.
