Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceI booked this hotel for a concert in la défense, the hotel is super clean, with gym opening for 24 hrs. What I like is the leisure room very big, with drinks and snacks, as long as you are a guest, you can stay there. After the concert, it was late, everyone went to that room to eat, it is so nice! Recommend the hotel!

RomaniaI missed some fresh vegetables and olives to breakfast. One elevator from 2 was not in service during our stay, so we had to take stairs each time , because the waiting time was very long for a single elevator serving the entire hotel. It’s the first hotel I stayed, with 4 stars and SPA acces and not offering room slippers and bathrobes included in the booking price. The bath robes were missing at all and for slippers I had to ask to reception and pay an extra charge of 5 Eur for each pair. Then we had to go to the very small pool, very crowded, kind of a jacuzzi dimension, dressed in tour own cloths, change there in swimming clothes and receive a face towel dimension to use for pool/sauna. So if you are going with children I wouldn’t recommend to choose this for SPA reasons, because is not a quite chip hotel. In our case, we chose it also by this criteria and we were disappointed.
I stayed here together with 3 other families of friends, each with 1-2children. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Central location, walking distance to old town, river, restaurants and Halles de Lyon. Nice to have acces to the drinking water in the hotel corridors. Delicious breakfast with many choices. Friendly stuff but hardly understanding english, at least in the bar/restaurant. Few things to be ordered in restaurant menu, but tasty.

Lithuania- it was too warm in the room and there was no possibility of setting the temperature for a night to a level comfortable for me ( 20 degrees C). I tried to open the window, but it was relatively noisy even during the night. - I asked for a late checkout, and reception kindly agreed to check me out at 13:30 instead of noon, but then I came to the room, the key card did not work, so I needed to go back to reception and ask to fix it. I took 3 minutes,but I was in a hurry. - breakfast - good, but they started to remove food and drinks 5-7 minutes before end time.

PortugalThe hotel policy says that you need to have a credit card to lock the double of the price of the room (I understand, but that's a lot of money to be locked). There was a mistake when paying in the end of trip (breakfast money was going to be payed but no breakfast was consumed). I guess the mistake wasn't on purpose, either way if I didn't pay attention I could've paid it. However, in the end I payed what was supposed, everything was fine.
The room is fine, nothing fancy but good enough for a trip in the city. Everything was clean, the room was in the right temperature and it's well located in the city. The staff is nice and there's a restaurant in the hotel if you don't want to get out.
