You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The staff were really polite and helpful, the parking (paid) was secure. we had one breakfast served in the room, and it was good

Good location in a fabulous town. The small Buffet breakfast option was excellent.

The location is excellent. It's only a five minute walk into the centre. The staff were reception staff were helpful. We had an issue the the wash basin sink and they very quickly rectified the problem. We decided to stay an extra day and this was no problem. The breakfast team were all very polite and helpful. Our room was spacious, quiet and spotlessly clean.

the location was perfect, we were a 2 minute walk from the center of town which kept us out of the noise and crowds but we could walk in every day and evening. The room was lovely and met all our needs
