You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe stayed 7 nights, and I had the following issues: 1. We didn't get our sheets changed until the 5th night, but only because I asked the front desk after how many nights housekeeping changed the sheets. We were told after 2 nights, which wasn't the case with us. 2. The towels smelled like frying oil. 3. We didn't get tea refill even though I asked the housekeeper directly and then the front desk. 4. There were days when we didn't get a washcloth. Only hand and shower towels. 5. The windows were extremely dirty. The rooms facing the water, on the other hand, were squeaky clean. We'd see housekeeping hand cleaning the windows in the ocean view rooms daily. 6. Our carpet wasn't vacuumed properly. I could tell because there were dirty papers on the same spots for days until we lifted them up ourselves. 7. The shower wasn't cleaned. 8. There was a cigar right outside the balcony door that was there upon arrival until we removed it ourselves on day 7 before checking out. 9. We didn't get a refill on the hand lotion. It was hard to get any out when pumping, and you couldn't take the bottle out to tip it and shake it.
The hotel location was excellent, and so was the size of the room and the view.

AustraliaCouldn’t have the doors on to the terrace open at night because of the heavy traffic (particularly motor bikes!) up and down Promenade Anglais. Room was a bit stuffy as a result. Shower/bath could be a bit of a challenge. No handles to assist those who might need help getting in and out of the very deep narrow bath. Shower left the bath mat and floor very wet.
Quite a spacious room and mostly adequate bathroom. Breakfasts included in the tariff were generous (full breakfast available), helpful staff at reception. Lovely location overlooking the sea. Very close to the La Vielle Ville (the old town) in Nice - within walking distance.

PortugalOur room was a bit noisy (we couldn’t figure out if it is from the AC/ ventilation or something else). The room door had a broken lock, one could still open the door, but it looked bad when arriving to the room. The toilet paper was scarce for 2 days/ 2 guests.
Great location, right next to the promenade. Decent room size and comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with variety, fresh orange juice, Nespresso machine, good cheese selection, variety of breads. Beautiful see view from breakfast room.
