United Kingdomnot the hotel shown in photos on booking.com and in a different location explained to staff there are two people on booking but towels and dressing gown provided only for 1 despite numerous reminders! Very nosey till about midnight
Was disappointed initially as there are 3 hotels with the same name in La Defense area and the photos on booking.com did not match the hotel we got. However the room was of a good standard, the breakfast was excellent. It's next to the RER train station (Nanterre Prefecture) which means you hear the noise of the trains through out the night even though we were on the 6th floor so could not sleep for first night but then got used to it after the first night. This is also an advantage because you can hop on a train and get to Paris in just over 20 mins for about 3 Euros. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English.

SpainVery simple and noisy for a 4 star hotel. The metro is just under the building. It shakes every 10 minutes from 5:30am to 1:00 am. No amenities in the bathroom, terrible hairdryer, toilet separate from the sink, very poor fitness room.

United KingdomDecor in rooms is quite garish (red, green, orange) Corridors/carpets quite dated. Glass door (not even frosted) on bathroom not appreciated when sharing. Separate toilet - would prefer combined in bathroom. Lifts very temperamental. Not a great selection of restaurants in area, especially at weekend.
Close to Metro. Very good breakfast.

This hotel is ok if you’re attending an even at the arena or have business in the area. We picked this hotel because we were attending a concert at La Defense Arena. It’s super convenient for that. The hotel is rather expensive for what you get. It’s a little dated. The carpets need cleaning. Staff is very friendly and capable.

United KingdomStaff were rude. Took 45 minutes for a person to address me during the check in process. He demanded 20 Euro cash as city tax when arrived and never gave a receipt. Also was asking for another 2 Euros stating that I have booked the room for 2 and had to explain that I was alone. Even the checkout was horrible the lady made me wait for 40 minutes and then said to drop the card and go.
Closer to the train station and that's the only thing positive in the stay. Could feel the vibrations of fast moving trains and gets a bit noisy early morning.
