Rooms could have been a bit bigger; but they were ok for a couple of nights.

Rooms were functional, and it was clean. It is fine for one person, but limited space if two. Hotel was outside of the city center, but you can walk there. Breakfast was expensive for what it was. But overall fine.

The apartment is really small, it wasn't comfortable to set the table for two people. The toilet had dirty spots when we arrived. The place was never cleaned during our stay. The only one towel was provided for one person. And it would be great to have a fan in the bathroom.

The apartment is close to city center and to the railway station, the place is quiet and peaceful. The staff is friendly.

The attached bed's mattress is a bit uncomfortable, and they could provide more utensils for the kitchen.

The staff is super nice and the location is good, close to the train station, a 10-min walk. The rooms need improvements, and they could provide more utensils for the kitchen (there was a couple of mugs, knives, spoons and forks, only one saucepan and one glass). There's a bit of noise when the trains start running in the morning. Overall, the price is cheap and it pays for the cons.

Host was not on top of things, there was a (false) fire alarm that wreaked havoc. It was a mess.

The outline of the room is nonsensical as there is a long corridor for the length of the bathroom (which is entirely too big as there is barely anything in it), yet the bed, the kitchenette and the wardrobe are all crammed in the same corner of the room. It would make much more sense to make the bathroom smaller and leave more space for the rest of the equipment.

Staff was nice and the room had everything we needed. It was fairly clean and it seemed well equipped, but we only stayed overnight and left very early so we didn’t get the chance to try and see if everything is functional. The hotel is fairly close to the train station which can come in very handy.

Cleanness! The floor was dirty, surfaces dusty! That point needs a great deal of improvement! No socket next to the bed, the airing system is very loud and can't get switched off for the night.

Very friendly reception staff, easy access to the old town. It's less than 30 min walk to Little France and just 7 min to the museum of Modern Art. Though my room was on the railway side, it was quiet, especially during the night. The kitchenware has been very basic but enough for a short visit. Good internet. Minus point: No smart TV and the few channels provided were all in French. However, I didn't mind it since I was there just for a couple of days

Under-equipped kitchen lacked at least a knife and a frying pan. The pot was small. Staff was nice, though perhaps they could improve their English just a tiny bit.

Staff did not even try to speak in English at all. Kept speaking to us in French even when we asked, fully knowing we are tourists and did not see a smile once. I guess that's just a French thing. Room for two people but one person had to practically lay almost on the floor. We found an opened ice cream box in the freezer which god knows how long it was there. The whole hotel had a very weird smell everywhere.

Okay location, 10 mins walking from train station and near the main city spots. Pretty good value for the price and had the basics you'd need in a room for 1-2 nights.

Overall a good place to stay for one night but it’s very basic. The staff is sweet though and the 24h reception is a huge plus. They also offer breakfast for 7€

we asked for a double bed, instead got bunk (trundle) beds, made the room very small.

The cleaning service was bad. They also do not clean regularly. No assistance whatsoever. So that's something they should work on. The facilities could have been better, they just do not invest enough on them.

My main complaint was the male receptionist who answered the phone on certain days. A couple of times I would very politely ask him to repeat what he had said (the phone was not very loud volume and he was not speaking clearly), which would lead him to remain silent and then audibly put the phone down on me while I'm talking. I would then phone back and several times he would seem irritated that I tried to continue our conversation. He was very rude. The rest of the staff were excellent, but this individual makes me much less likely to stay there again.

The staff were very helpful in returning a lost item of property to me, generously posting it back to a different country for me. The location is very close to the train station and Strasbourg is small enough that everything is very walkable from there. It's good value for money.
