Everything was ok, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast. The only thing is that I would've appreciated it if somebody could have cleaned the jacuzzy, it had a lot of leaves from the trees, quite normal because the jacuzzy is in the middle of a nice garden, but It would've been nice to have them removed.

The location is unbeatable, just in front of on of the main entrances to Carcassonne.

The pool was closed, not the best service and I believe it was because we were off season. We had to pay 15 euro for the parking.

Great location, next to the chateau. We asked for a room with balcony or terrasse and the room had a very cute terrasse which we appreciated.

Our room (for two people plus we had two small cats) was a bit too small, including the bathroom, and it was also a bit challenging to get to the room through the narrow stairway with our luggage.

Nothing but a very small gripe is that the room was extremely hot but we opened a window and problem solved.

Fantastic location and beautifully decorated with good facilities. This was a gem of a hotel we would certainly return to. We only stayed for one night but would return and likely use the spa facilities too. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and we also brought our small dog which was no trouble.

I was offered parking at 15€ per night with no alternative offered. In the morning I discovered that there is a free car park adjacent to the hotel, I felt somewhat cheated. The hotel is split in 2, one part economy (which is still expensive for what it is) the second part is the posh bit. Breakfast was extortionate so I skipped that.

Well situated if you wish to visit the historic city.

The room and bathroom were petite. I felt a lack of overall space, especially considering I am 7 months pregnant; closing the bathroom door proved challenging due to its small size. Having some extra closet space would have been appreciated, and the inclusion of tea and coffee facilities would have enhanced the overall experience.

Location was ideal. Just a few metres away from the old town and walking to the "newer part of town" was absolutely fine and romantic over the old bridge.

The location of the hotel is superb, only a couple of minutes walk from the mediaeval city. The hotel has a great bar with seating outside, but it was a bit too cold in December to use it.

For us, the fact that you were a hundred yards from the walled city was a gigantic plus. We picked Carcassone because we wanted to see the old town.
