The safe did not work which was annoying so I had to store my valuables in a friends room. When I mentioned this to staff they said the rooms were pretty safe and my stuff should be fine.

The hotel was great value. It was located a short walk from either Alésia station on metro line 4 or Pernety station on metro line 13. The room was small but was cosy. The bed was very comfy. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel. The staff were friendly.

Several days after I've left the hotel, the room is paid for but the deposit taken from my card is not cancelled and I cannot access that money from my bank. It's rather annoying.

Reasonable chargers and helpful staff, Room was my expectation tiny space but nice and Cousy, Easily catch public transports and super convenient to travel our destinations. Hopefully stay there again. Thank you Recommend

The ensuite shower room was tiny and was missing a shower curtain so everything in the shower room got wet but there was a useful high placed shelf for towels etc.

The hotel was well situated and very reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the bed was comfortable. There was a kettle to make tea and the window looking out onto the street made the room nice and bright.

Very small room, leaking shower, the room was so badly isolated that I could hear the vibration of my neighbours' silenced phone.

The floors were not cleaned very well- there was dust and other gunk around the toilet and sink areas in the bathroom.

The door system seemed quite secure. The bed was huge the shower itself was clean.

Very good value for money (in Paris) if you book at the right moment. Small hotel with small room (single) but very neat. Nice bathroom. OK Wifi. Close to Metro (5 mins) and RER B station (10-15 mins). Many nice restaurants, shops, bakers and cafes nearby.

Just a small observation that I didn’t notice where the towels were stored in the bathroom (on a shelf up high) until my second day! But overall I was very happy with this hotel

Very nice hotel close to the metro, restaurants and shops in a quiet side street away from traffic. The staff were nice. I appreciated the kettle in my room.

It was not deep clean. The bathroom was kinda dirty. They did not clean everyday, unless you asked them. At the beginning the hotel did not look at all as the pictures. The lobby kinda looks like an old hotel, with messages in papers everywhere that gives a bad impression.

The location was great, not a nice neighborhood but it has a lot of nice restaurants and food stores. It was really close to some metro stations and the train station.

I hadn’t a hairdryer in my room (in winter) and receptionist offered me to dry my hair in another room which someone has already checked out from. It was a very dirty room and toilet room and it was disgusting to be there for such a cost of hotel stay to dry my hair. There were empty clean rooms but receptionist told me that I can’t use hairdryer (which should be in my room too!) in already cleaned rooms…

+ quiet district + 5 minute to metro - very small room - furniture in the picture looks more attractive than in reality - no central heating (very cold in the room) - no teapot in the room (like in the picture) - no hairdryer in the room - week sound insulation - no chair (like in the picture)

I couldn’t get the main shower to work. No tea/ coffee making facilities. ☹️

Hotel is very close to Rue d’Alesia. (visiting family) Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable and warm. Good soundproofing!

the room is much smaller than you would think but they have taken measures to make the most of the space available. the rooms could do more with soundproofing as we could hear all the movements of the other guests

Recently renovated with very poor quality. Shower door missing and the sink tap broken.

Quite comfortable bed.and clean room. Room was smaller than expected. However for my husband and I were kind of cozy. Staff were helpful.
