Beautiful and very serene boutique hotel. every staff member from the cleaning crew to the ladies at the pool genuinely care about guests’ wellbeing, that’s because of the general manager Karim who impressed up with his competence, level of professionalism and well mannerisms. Everything during our stay went smooth. Hotel offers free shuttle service to the beach clubs and to the Main Street Highly recommend!

Czech RepublicAt a 5 star hotel I would expect to have all inclusive breakfast (we paid to have a breakfast included) which is not at Muse. For eggs, porrage etc. we were charged extra. Also, the afternoon cake/tea/coffee by the pool could have been also inclusive. When it was offered to us I didn’t know we will be charged for it. It left a bit of bitter taste after such a wonderful stay.
The warm welcome from the reception staff (with cold hand towels) as well as the porter. Everyone was extra nice, food was delicious, the pool area/restaurant is very chic and beautiful. We had a suite with small private pool and garden which was perfect. The room and especially the bathroom size was great. We borrowed an electric bike and it took us few minutes to the port. The hotel also offers free shuttle to the town center/port which was great especially when going for a dinner or to the beach club.

Breakfast not having a finish time was a nice touch and allowed us to relax in the mornings. The shuttle into st tropez made access very easy and concierge arranged all of our table reservations and made recommendations.

United States of AmericaFrom the stunning grounds, the privacy of our room, the spacious and clean and gorgeously designed suites- this hotel truly has it all. Not only was the staff extremely accommodating and friendly, they also offered free 24/7 shuttle service into town and were prompt each time shuttle service was requested. The pool area was relaxing and gorgeous and we had the absolute BEST lunch under the cabana by the pool as we were waiting for our room to be ready for check in. The plunge pool in our suite was phenomenal and luxurious: great for a dip after a long day at a beach club. Everything we signed up for we received - we had no issues whatsoever and our honeymoon stay here was nothing short of a dream. Thank you to the staff here for making our stay truly an unforgettable one.

I've stayed in many wonderful top hotels around the world and Muse has been one of the best hotels and experiences. The complex only has about 14 rooms/suites so its very peaceful and calming. From the moment the gates open its wow, you feel like you are in another world. Our suite was called Catherine which also is my name so this was a nice touch but not something that they can offer all guests unless you also have a name the same as their suites. The room was massive and very clean and offered everything and more you would expect. The staff would never walk passed you without a friendly greeting and the service they provided was incredible. I had read about a free shuttle to the city centre but didn't realise before arriving how good this service was. You could go at anytime of the day to reception and they would drive you down to the town in one of the Mercedes people carriers, when you wanted to come back you would just call reception and they car would pick you up 5mins later. This was like the best of both, I felt like we were on another world, very like what I imagine a retreat to be like but only 5mins and dedicated driver to the main centre. We will definitely be back.

The courtesy shuttle service was great, in fact I could of saved quite a bit by not bothering to hire a call from Nice airport, the car sat in the car park for the whole 10 days. Location is great very tranquil and the staff could not of been more helpful.

United States of AmericaFrom the moment we pulled up to the iron gated entry we were greeted with a lovely welcome and cool cloths to wipe our hands. The staff cannot be friendlier and there to assist with reservations the shuttle into town was a tremendous perk. Being in St Tropez in this amazing property was a highlight of our trip to the South of France. If I had one slight negative it would be the complimentary breakfast, we have traveled through Italy many times and always looked forward to the elaborate buffet. I totally recommend this property. I LOVED EVERYTHING! If you are thinking about staying here, don't hesitate in booking it. This place is heaven on earth. The hotel pool is amazing, the restaurant, the service... The room is a dream come true, we stayed at Ella suite and it has a private pool and patio for a more private experience. The staff was so helpful all the time! I will definitely stay here next time.
