Just a few minor things: the bed was a little creaky and the mattress was too soft.

Only on our first morning, there were drilling noises at 7am , it did startle us but stopped soon. Pool was closed but we were aware.

Family treat! Lovely staff, clean areas, rooms had everything we needed. Wish the pool was open to usage. Great location, really easy access and many facilities around. We would definitely come back.

When looking on the website it led us to believe there is a view of the Mediterranean, however check the name as there is another property with similar name.

Nice room, fresh and white bedding, well-equipped kitchen, close to Airport, close to Nice center and other tourist locations, good tram connection to the train station where train took us to Cannes, to Monaco get a bus 607. From the Airport take a whatever tram, direction Port Lympia, and get off on station Grand Arenas where at the machine on tram stop buy a ticket for all Nice. From Airport to Gran Arenas these two station are unpaid. We didn't know about it but the tram driver said us this. Do not buy a ticket at the machine at the Airport tram stop for 10 or 12 euros. It is the one way ticket not for all Nice City. It is a nice hotel in Nice ;)

The check in time is very strict. If you arrive early even a bit, you are out of luck and have to go, but you can leave your luggage. It was ok clean, but definitely in need of some deep cleaning/ maintenance. Dusty corners, wear down of utilities. There were little beasts “silver fishes” in the room.

2nd time here as it is convenient. Room on the front side with a balcony. Like a studio. Love that it has a kitchen (no dishwasher) towel, soap and sponge provided. You empty the garbage. The tram to the city and the airport stops in front. Supermarket around the corner. 1 street from the boulevard and the beach. Rental bikes also around the corner. Bed was good. Large closet space. Airco/ heating, multiple lightning/ table etc. Very convenient. Save neighborhood. Not in the city center, but with the tram only a few minutes away or by bike 10-15 min. Wifi works good. A door code to enter the building. Some food products/ snacks you can buy.

The room could have been vaccummed more thoroughly. The baby crib was a bit dirty and too worn. Water pressure too low in high floors. Housekeeping did not verify the functioning state of key appliances such as microwave oven.

Excellant location. Food shops and super marketes near by. Equipped kitchenette. Request for baby crib and high chair was well addressed. Was offerred room upgrade.

The avenue where is located it might be a bit noisy especially for the light sleepers.

The bed was a bit hard for our liking with no extra bedding/cushions available in the wardrobe. Similar to a few other posts, the corridors could do with an update to match the rooms but that's only a minor detail, not spending your holiday out there! The walls are VERY thin! You can literally hear your neighbours place items on their table!

The studio apartment had everything we needed and it was very clean with recent renovations to the kitchen area and bathroom

the carpets on the second floor are terrible in the corridors leading up to the room. extremely dirty and stained which leads to a bad impression of the room. but the room itself turned out to be very clean and nice looking. coming from England it was shocking to see they would leave stained carpets for guests to see. that needs to be sorted out.

the room itself was clean, functional and so good to have a fridge cooker sink microwave etc so in the morning or evening when you are hungry and don’t want to go out again you can keep some French goodies to eat from the nice little bakeries and restaurants to have later. really handy having a kettle. not noisy we didn’t hear anyone really just the outside door once or twice. the hotel staff are very nice.

There was a lot of noise from the traffic during evening time. And thin walls which meant that you could easily hear your neighbors.

What we didn’t realise was that some apartments are equivalent to an Airbnb, and the rooms were being used by students. Music went on till very late and the reception staff did go and deal with them. When things didn’t stop they upgraded us which was a huge plus.

Very well placed and had everything we needed. Good selection for breakfast and very helpful staff who were welcoming. Upgraded room on arrival and after noise disturbances was upgraded to a room away from the issue.

Breakfast - no veggies or other healthier choices for breakfast. Limited towels included in price for longer stay travellers. hat needed for indoor swimming pool. Very noisy street, but close to the sea and main walking area and all the travel connections on the other hand.
