눉We have arrived at 20:30 - no-one was at reception - we called than - was answering machine only... so we end up moving to F1 for the night!! Though the hotel was pre-payed already! NO hot water during 2 days!!!!!!! Lady on reception seems to understand in english only things she wants too. No refund, no hot water. Never again in this so-called apartments. Maybe useful for locals only!!!! Were really upset...
눇Nice location though. 15 mins walk to the heart of the beautiful town Nimes. Can park car in the garage. Also Police that`s in front of the building were really helpful. Called to the hotel (but was no answer) and than gave me the map and showed the location of the HOTEL area.

눉The mattress was appalling - an old piece of worn out sponge that had a completely worn cover was just put inside another cover which also wasn't to an acceptable standard. I asked the Manager if I could have it changed and was given a point-blank refusal 'No! We're full'. I went to buy a mattress topper as I couldn't bear the thought of sleeping on that. It was so soft (and worn) it gave me a bad back ... What a shame. Also no air-conditioning which was unbearable during 35° weather. I had to get a fan as the sun shone on my Window from sunrise to about 1pm (you'll get morning or afternoon sun). You have to keep the shutters and Window closed in such heat so you need AT LEAST a fan in the room otherwise it's unbearable. I could have the Window open evening and night but beware! About 5:30am you get the rubbish lorry beeping just below. You'll also need a plug in mosquito repeller or you won't sleep.
눇Very reasonable price. Clean bathroom. Fridge enables you to have breakfast in the room. They do have wifi despite them saying you need a cable. Early checkout was easy - I was just asked to drop my key in the box.

눉We arrived at 1,30pm but no one was at the reception which should be opened until 15,30pm ( written on reservation information on line)but it was closed. We didn't have the key to get in the room booked. We tried to call the residence by phone but no one answered. Luckily we called the customer service of Booking and the lady was very helpful and helped us to get the room key. Well, the customer service told us that the Residence Part Arena emailed us some hrs ahead in French. So if you don't speak French, book another place.
눇Close to the city centre. good visit at Arena, Maison Carree and the tower.
