Noisy vmc in the bathroom

The room was a little tired, no plug sockets near a mirror and no USB sockets. The towels were worn and they had only left one robe and slippers despite being a party of four guests. The Nespresso was great but no milk was left so had to drink black coffee. Slow service at the hotel bar and was slow to refresh items at breakfast

The Nespresso was great and the kids appreciated the soft drinks in the fridge. The Rituals wash and cream was a nice touch. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and nice quality

Language barrier for the English speakers - but hey not their problem.

Rooms were great for large families, felt secure and made for a quick trip to CDG airport for an early flight. Breakfast was good sized for price and saved us a lot instead of buying overprice Airport food.

Toilets were not clean, this seems to be a problem that you can run into anywhere in France. I informed the people at the reception and I get the feeling that they thought it was clean from their perspective and that they disagreed. People, am I really complaining when a toilet has skid marks and a brown taint on the toilet seat? The folks at the reception informed their cleaner but I doubt anything will change. Multiple other reviews state that this is a problem. As sad as it sounds, bring your own toilet seat when visiting this place.

The rooms are a mix between new and old styles and age. You will find new furniture in a room/hotel that tries to look younger/fresher that it actually is. Not a deal breaker for me. The bathroom was clean and in good condition (except the toilet!). The bed was a little squeaky but only when sitting down hard. Air-conditioning was loud but could definitely cool the room to a cold temperature. I didn't hear the noise anymore after a while. Breakfast was alright but nothing special. It's too bad the hotel is located so far from civilization, I would recommend going elsewhere for breakfast if you don't mind driving. If you do get breakfast, be mindful that you can only have it between 09:00 and 10:00. This seems a little limited. There is a very small pool on the outside of the hotel, I haven't tried it but it seemed clean. I would recommend this hotel if you use it for sleeping for a short period of time. I don't know if I would want to stay here for longer, for the price I paid for a night. I used this hotel as just a place to have a good night sleep in a air-conditioned room, and that is what I got.

No black tea in the room to make a morning cup of tea. Paper cups. The waitress spoke no English, the basics to help when ordering a meal should be taught/learnt.

Very comfortable. Nice friendly feel. I liked that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. Receptionist was exceptional. Her English was perfect.

Bed and pillow were not very comfortable and bed made a very annoying creaky sound. Front desk receptionist was very attentive when I told her about it but since I only complained during checkout, I don't know if they actually did something about it,

Location is perfect for visiting the Asterix park and for getting easily to Charles de Gaulle airport. Rooms were big and clean, comfortable for 4 people (couple, a 5 year only on a couch and a baby in a crib). Staff was very nice. Breakfast was great but expensive. Free parking was fantastic. Restaurant on premise is good and convenient but service was extremely slow.

Communication between outgoing and incoming reception staff was bad. We booked room and breakfast via booking.com but staff kept arguing against this even with booking confirmation.

Restaurant, restaurant staff were so amazing! Excellent service. We checked in very late in the night, with kids, the chef was kind enough to keep the kitchen open to accommodate us. Great swimming pool, great foosball table at reception, kept the kids entertained.
