Great location, great jacuzzi and spa. The room is small but all facilities are available. Some rooms don't look out to the valley but rather to the inside of the hotel which may be a tad disappointing. :)

A very central location, with beautiful views from the bedroom and the most wonderful rooftop spa with bar service. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay and the decor and ambiance was a little dated but charming

When skiing on the last day, there is a lack of changing facilities or shower area. There was only one shower cubicle down the hallway and a conference room with about 7 people waiting for the shower where you store your bags. Late check out is only until 12 midday.

The hotel location was great and the staff were very helpful. The spa was fantastic and loved the rooftop hot tub. The hotel staff allow drinks in the hot tub with plastic cups which is great to sit with a beer after a day on the slopes. Only maximum of 6 people is the only downside!

Our room although comfortable, looked out into the kitchen roof and when our balcony door was open we could smell the food cooking.

The hotel was in a great spot for access to the ski bus and also the town centre. Good spa at the top of the hotel and comfortable bar/dining area.

The only thing I can think of is the shower didn't have great pressure and took about 5-10min to heat up.

Very comfortable, beautifully decorated as an alpine chalet, friendly staff and best of all, the spa facilities! Amazing outdoor jacuzzi and heated outdoor pool with beautiful views of Mont Blanc!

No good noise isolation so you hear everything unless you bring your ear plugs with you. Spa open only until 20:00. Some of the staff fitting to a 4 star hotel service, others not at all trained how to treat guests. Service is slow compared to Switzerland. Overall I don't think the price was fitting for the value you get.

Great location, warm and cozy, clean and comfortable, elevator in the hotel, access to small but nice spa with hot steam, sauna and jacuzzi on the last floor with beautiful view included in the price. Hotel parking is available but you need to book in advance as it is with limited parking slots. (alternatively, the hotel in front offers as well paid parking with Valet service on a reasonable price). Some of the staff are nice and give you recommendations and some discount cards for transport and for rental of equipment.

We went to the spa in the evening, because it was dark, we wanted to go on the following morning to take some pictures of the scenery but spa opens half an hour before check out. It is not fair.

Slightly uncomfortable bed - not sure why a double has too single beds pushed together and bedding was done as two beds.

The spa was much too small for the amount of guests, it was completely full. No towels offered so the floor was constantly wet and slippery. We had to ask where the towels were and the staff said to use the towels from the room. I am not going to use the same towels for the pool and for showering! Finally, they gave us some spa towels. The pool was too cold for a winter swim and the jacuzzi and sauna were always full.

I enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and comfortable with a balcony looking out on the mountain. I did not use the pool or spa, so I cannot comment. But, everything else was great...location, staff. Would recommend.

Below par evening bar experience…I was looking forward to a drink at the bar as I arrived at 9:30pm. Most strange for a 4 star hotel. No food in hotel at 9:30pm just takeout delivery to reception which was disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Please don’t tuck the sides of bed in such a way that when trying to access the bed all the bed linen comes apart…it should be easier to access the bed and get into the bed.

View of Mont Blanc from fab little roof top pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Shower with excellent hot water flow in my room. Clean bed linen. Morning receptionist is excellent, maybe she is Indian, she understood customer communication and customer service perfectly. Impressive. Highly professional. CNN and BBC news in room.
