Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room is completely empty. Hot drink facilities would have been nice. Night shift staff wasn't as nice as the morning one.
Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Close to airport, but be aware that it takes longer in the night to get to the hotel after 10pm.

Over all was good 👍
Was very easy in and out . Nice and clean room . Was outside having my cappuccino then the shuttle arrive at 9am totally forgotten to check out and give them the keys:(

It took longer than I expected to get here from central Paris, but that was mainly because I just missed the public Roissybus from the airport stop and had to wait half an hour. When my flight was delayed a couple of hours I could not change my shuttle time in the morning as they were all full. I do understand that is why they have you book the night before, but just know there isn't much flexibility. The wifi regularly was unavailable in my room on the ground floor.
Spotless, newly decorated with cheerful colors, comfortable, quiet, good and plentiful buffet breakfast. I especially liked the coffee machine. Overall, great value for money.

The transfer from CDG airport to the hotel was a farce. No clear signage no clear directions of where to go. The drivers were just taking anybody in any order regardless. We were left(family of 5 with children) for an hour in the cold and rain as the driver just left. Another driver(don't know his name)was very helpful and got us to the hotel asap. The breakfast choice and quality was a bit disappointing.
The check in staff were excellent very friendly professional and knowledgeable. Comfort of the beds.

The TV could have Netflix option. There was limited channels. The food in the fridge did not have vegetarian options.

The AC wasn't functioning properly and there was no kettle to boil water. There are no shops close by to grab something to eat or drink.
A convenient motel close to the airport, especially when the departure time is early or when the RER isn't working properly. The hotel has a shuttle service that drops off people at terminal 2 for 6€, and it's about a 10min drive. The price is decent too

I asked for a lighter and the night staff told they’re for sale. Also, the beds were bunk type. So, not really comfy.
It is located in a historical beautiful village and excellent for an afternoon walk. Very calm and quite with little pretty cafes.

I was on the 4th floor but the elevator only went to 3rd floor When the towel was used nothing to put on even there were holes in the door to install the towel holder No holes in the toilet paper... not possible to install on the toilet paper holder 🙄

The window on the room was bolted so could not be opened and the AC unit was barely functioning, so the room was extremely warm. The shuttle bus offered by the hotel was inconvenient for booking. Needed lots of advance notice. No timetable.
It has everything you need at a great price. Compact but comfy rooms. Great shower pressure and tons of hot water! There is a public bus route to the airport right outside the door.

For people like me that like low soft pillows it could be a problem - Both pillows were hard and not comfortable at all (had to sleep without). I asked the receptionist after my stay if next time I would be able to ask forsofter pillows and he said there are no others so as I will have to decide what I do - this place is the best option but no pillow for me… I would also put garbage can in room snd not only toilet
Best low cost option around airport. I have tested them all this place is the best by far. It does not trying to give you the minimum like the others- Actually they try to give you the best for this price. It is clean, comfy bed, friendly and easy gust reception. I also had a nonshow due to a mistake in dates (not their fault ) and they helped me with that, so they also got some points for that! Bus station to airport just outside. There is also a shuttles (for extra payment)
