We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I arrive early and they made early check-in. The room was spacious with two balconies. It was hot but rather cool when you open both balcony windows. I often used this apart-hotel before pandemic. They are as good as before.

QatarThe appartement doesn’t have an AC, just two big fans which is not acceptable with high temperature days.
The apartment is spacious with a big balcony and home appliances: coffee machine, stove, microwave and refrigerator. The location is very near (7 minutes) to La Défense station where you can take the RER, metro or trains. Also Monoprix and Starbucks are very close.

United KingdomThe apartment was comfortable and has everything we needed for a stay. The interior could do with a little update, some stains on living room carpet and curtains.
Excellent location for attending an event at the defence arena. However, it was also a great location for travelling into Paris around 10 minutes on the Metro to get to the Arc de Triomphe, with a 10 min walk to the Metro. Fairly residential neighbourhood, so was very quiet, lovely family park outside. Staff were lovely and very helpful. It felt a very safe place to stay.
