The corridor is pretty dark, a little bit scary every time you go back hotel late.

The room is really big, clean and bright! And I really enjoyed stay at my room after work. The front desk is also really nice. Nice location!

Pillows are too old not comfortable, Hotel’s towels is too old and there is a stain on them. Be prepared to take everything from towels to shampoo and conditioner. First night weather was a bit worm, we tried to turn on the air condition but was not working, we left window open. shower area is for people less than 5.5 feet tall. Location is okay but very noisy at night, too busy area and crowded because there is a theatre close to hotel. Building is too old, when you walk in the room, you hear floor creaking.

Hotel’s staff are friendly and welling to answer any question. We arrived to queen hotels before check in time, they put our baggage in the hotel storage and told us to come back at 2:00pm. No chance to get the room before 2:00pm. Not sure if it good or bad :) Our room was okay sized, area clean and good room service. There was only one bottle in the shower, it show on it for body wash and shampoo too. There is a tiny small lift ( elevator) can fit 2 people only. Breakfast was okay if you going to stay one or two days, but for us, we stayed 6 day’s, breakfast the same everyday. And not included in our booking ,you have to pay for it. Room service for cleaning are available everyday. Avoid using taxi ,Uber and Bolt both are cheaper. No need to rent a car, get 2 or 3 days hip on hip off bus tour that gonna be much helpful for attractions inside Paris.

The adjoining/ aligned property is of a more modern but not as personally appealing design. Initially we are assigned a room in this area, thankfully we were moved to a classic room after the first night.

The location of the property is terrific and we loved the classic Parisienne feel and ambience. There are numerous brasseries within an easy walking distance and we could walk to most tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The male staff member who was on duty the morning of 6 Nov when we checked out was particularly attentive in assisting us with some baggage issues and we would like to be pass on our va personal thanks.

The hotel is located in a vibrant, bustling quarter with plenty of cafes, restos and transport links nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. No hesitation to recomment.

Welcoming staff Excellent site, in the center of Paris Near to opera and other famous landmarks. A lot of restaurants, coffees and shops and markets all around. A direct bus to airport from there, just 5 minutes walk.

Some members of the staff are not so kind. We asked for a taxi reservation ( to go to the train station) and in the morning we have to travel another attendant said she has nothing reserved and that she is not able to do it.

The room shows there’s a patio. But there is no patio linked to the room. There’s a small patio in the tiny courtyard with a few flimsy chairs… not exactly what I was expecting.

Great location near the Printemps and Galleries Lafayette department stores. It was simple, clean, and fairly priced all things considered. Room was small but had air conditioning and that’s all I could ask for with the heatwave ! Breakfast was good (17€ I believe?) with coffee, cereal, bread, croissants and the like, hams, cheeses, etc, and optional eggs (scrambled, omelette, fried etc).

Beds are twins pushed together which were a little small, but we are a very tall family! Breakfast could be improved, there was a bit of a language barrier too.

Loved the location, absolutely brilliant. Comfortable clean room with air con and small fridge. Helpful friendly staff. 2nd visit after 20 years and would definitely return!

Tiny elevator. But at least you had an elevator.

Front desk clerk (tall, thin dude with beard) was GREAT! Good location made some sights walkable, others a short walk to Metro. Quiet street. Room size was fine.
