The room is very big compares to a standard french apartment, the spa is perfect. It is ski-in ski-out, you just need to step out the hotel and start skiing

Staff on check-in and check-out could’ve been friendlier - for example, given us more information on check-in, asked how our stay was on check-out. Also, while the location is great for good skiers, be aware that to meet for the majority of ski schools, you have to walk up a long steep hill - with ski boots on and/or children in tow it’s a right pain! £100 to park at the hotel for the week. Also you had to pay for WiFi which is crazy in this day and furthermore we couldn’t actually get it to work despite several attempts on various devices :(

Only 2 keys for the ski locker for 6 is a problem The walk uphill to the city center is doable but tiring especially with skis Long wait to check in if you arrive on a saturday

The spa was great, the saunas were very well maintained, no need to reserve a time/slot and we could stay as long as we wanted. Not full of children in the end of January after 6pm The 6 people room had 2 floors, the kitchen area had enough space and well provided of plates and tools. The bakery service was great And skiing back directly to hotel’s ski lockers was perfect. There is a shower/toilet available for use after checkout in case one still ski on the last day

The hotel didn't provide a refill of things you would expect - such as toilet paper and trash bags (only 2 rolls for 4 people for a week..). Also the walk between buildings to reach the pool is cold. We only recieved the rooms at 17:30, which was relatively late.

The location is great, with the option of ski-in. Apartments are comfortable and warm. Kitchen is equiped with appliances and dishes.

The check in time is 5PM. We've arrived at 12AM and the stuff where not willing to expedite rooms preparation. Three apartments have been ordered together but got one of them in a different building.

The property has: fully equipped kitchen, nice mountain view, pool and a SPA with 3 saunas. It's close to the entrance to Avoriaz.

The smell in reception wasn't very pleasant, but didn't bother us after a couple of visits to the Bar to play pool.

The view from our apartment was the best we have ever seen! We used the pool and Sauna most evenings which was excellent.

I found it very overheated, could not make less warm, the shower had a small issue with the pipe, the receptionist on the day of our arrival could have given more information, cables of the TV shall be arranged better. They are pending from the TV set on the wall. Looks cheap.

The ski slopes are nearly 1 meter from the hotel, the staff is really friendly and even though they are not all experienced, their attitude and kindness take over. Plenty of activities for kids, even spa for children, swimming pool and finally the hotel where kids are welcome into the sauna. The room is spacious, the view, the rental facilities nearby, the gym and the spa. Loved plenty of towels of a very outstanding quality. The bed was nice, the mattress a bit too soft.

100e parking for the week - but you pay at end of stay, guaranteed space - don’t pre-pay for parking in the avoriaz car parks !

Nothing serious to mention, the only thing to mention is that there is not a lot of options for eating/restaurants.

Great location, beautiful resort, amazing views, car free environment. Great place for people with family, possibility of a lot of outdoor activities.
