Bathroom was old and not comfortable. Lighting was problematic

Amazing staff, excellent property outside the room. Very quiet. The response to our dislike of the bathroom and lighting of the room was more than appropriate.

I felt the staff weren’t as warm and friendly as other hotels of that calibre- felt a bit aloof - housekeeping staff were warmer

A wonderful, supremely walkable location with all of the charm you'd expect from a Parisian hotel. We arrived to roses, champagne and a handwritten note for our honeymoon. A charming, well-kept space and lovely bathtub for soaking after long days exploring the city. Have to mention that I forgot a silk robe (wedding present from my husband), and the staff not only tracked it down for me after I had flown home, but quickly arranged for it to be shipped to me. A million thank you's, we will be back!

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like. There was nothing more than this hotel could have done to be absolutely wonderful. I'm so glad that I found this hotel!

Everything! The staff, food, rooms, ambiance- everything was fantastic. It was a true Parisian experience. There was absolutely nothing else that we would have needed for this hotel. It was perfect.

We went for our honeymoon and we had the best experience with the hotel! Thanks so much for the upgrade to the Junior Suite, it was exeptional. It's a shame we only stayed for 1 night, but next time we come, we're definitely going to come for a longer stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, speed of their work was quick and they were all respopnsive. There's not a single thing I dont like about this place.

I think that more than one bottle of complimentary water should be offered- perhaps some soft drinks and snacks also.

air conditioning could get too cold in the room and bed pillows too soft

This is located in such a quiet street in Paris and is a lovely haven after a busy day out. The decor is gorgeous in the lounge and the honesty bar makes the place feel like home. the rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and high quality linen. I would have preferred to have a selection of pillows as the feather are not supportive. Room 11 has a small deck and garden!

We were provided with a lovely room with garden and enjoyed a delightful breakfast in the peaceful garden.We were so grateful for the bottle of champagne. We were able to enjoy our wedding anniversary despite the stress of lost luggage because the help that the staff provided us was exceptional. Thank you!

Didn’t dislike anything. Being there was like your sanctuary with all that Paris has to offer on one’s doorstep. I liked the contrast.

The intimacy of the place. Felt like being home and the staff anticipated your every need. the duplex suites were nice too!
