Furniture was a bit dated but functional. There was a 300 euro deposit taken, which you don't get back for a month. The deposit system needs changing so it is returned at end of stay. I only wrote this review once I received my deposit back

We messaged the accommodation in advance about leaving our luggage at reception until we could check in but upon arrival we were faced with a sign that reception was closed 12pm-4pm and when we called we were told to wait until 4pm, so that wasn't an ideal start. The floor of our apartment wasn't clean but we only realised this after we had submitted the requested condition report to reception. The building itself is in need of some TLC (painting etc) but for the price we paid we were okay with this. The washing machine price of €7 was a bit expensive but better than nothing.

The location is good, being walkable to nearby shops, restaurants and supermarket, the free shuttle bus to the nearby castle, and the beach is not too far away. A bus stop is also really close by. The apartment was a great size and was well equipped, including the kitchen for cooking meals etc. The balcony was big and the outdoor table and chairs great for enjoying the nice weather. The roof top pool was also a bonus with good views. The roller shutters on the windows were excellent for keeping out daylight and noise. It was generally a quiet place which we appreciated for our toddlers sleep.

The beds were not made. The sheets were put in the living room. We needed to make the beds and prepare our beds. The garage entrance is very narrow. Large car owners be aware. The kitchen has no consumables such as coffee or tea.

Had a very large balcony facing two sides. The sizes of the bedroom and living room were OK. The underground garage is secured and connected to the apartment with an elevator.

The fact that we had to pay extra 21 euro per person for sheets and towels. The dish washing machine was not working well.

Only minimum amenities were offered and a significant deposit was required. It's a good place to stay for a long vacation, but less for a short stay of a day or two.

Location near by the airport and parking was essential. The rooms were clean and well equipt with necessities. The receptionists were helpful and very pleasant.

Air condition did not work at all. Rooms were not very clean. We had to make the bed ourselves, and before checkout take the bedsheets and throw them in container.

Very nice staff, nice size room, good location as long as you don’t mind walking which we didn’t. There is a bus stop around the corner and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.

we had to pay 300€ for some sort of insurance. we had to check in latest by 7PM, which is crazy if you are traveling. there is no stuff over there after that. internet was bad… really bad… actually, there was no wifi working at all.

In general, the location was not far from the beach.

- smell in the rooms - not sure if the air conditioning system to be cleaned or something else, but every time we entered the apartment and before we opened all windows it was impossible to breathe - 300€ deposit is required (quite unexpected for the property on Booking.com)

No A/C unit, units are very hot, can’t nearly sleep. They advertise to have A/C but they don’t. Not acceptable at all. Bed are really not comfortable, sleeping on a piece of wood is the same. Need some pest control, lots on ants. Complaining about everything and no solution was offered by the managment. Not a good place at all
