Simple studio, with a nice bathroom, easy to cook meals and to eat outside. The beach is nearby and it's amazing, first time you go there your jaw drops!

Small comment; Extractor range hood in kitchen at a level you could easily hit your head of eye. As it has sharp edges could cause damage so take care! Otherwise all great!

Complete 1 bedroom apartment. Lots of room, dining table, full kitchen, fridge, stove, and oven. Even a dish washer! Incredible view from the veranda of the beach below. Free car park supplied. Cleaning products for dish washing supplied. Very friendly staff, welcoming and showed us directly to the property as the complex is huge! Thank you!

the worst is internet but I used my italian roaming also the bed is too hard for me (for my partner was fine) and the towels are very tired

we got a great apartment with very beautiful view on both: mountains and the sea! Kitchen has everything and more of what you can need the personnel is very nice and really trying their best to help you (we were coming from bastia with two cats and they made possible to check-in at 15 instead of 18)

Our „villa close to the beach“ was literally 150m far away from the very nice bay santa giulia. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. Our son liked the pool as well. Exclusive restaurant just around the corner.

If you arrive after 7:30pm you pay 20E extra. Also to note that there is no soap of any kind (hand, bath, etc,) or a bottle of water. Fabio was very nice to find some for us until we could get to the store next day. Just make sure to bring something as there is nothing there including laundry or dish soap, shampoo, or bars of soap. The WiFi is terrible, as is trying to use cellular data. However, that may be a problem of the area and not this hotel.

We didn't get proper amount of basic provisions - like toilet paper (hardly enough for a day), nor dish soap (which we had to buy) or paper towels or cloths to clean up during our stay and before we left.

The view was superb, overlooking one of the best beaches in the south of Corsica. Lots of fun activities at the Plage de Santa Giulia and restaurants/paillotes. We were able to enjoy the room from morning to night, as we made our meals and enjoyed dining with the nice surroundings. The tennis courts made for a great start to the day, and the pool is deliciously warm to be able to hang out, play or get in some laps. Loved this location and place.

Beware its a very steep climb (15mins if going up) between villas in this section where 431 was located (just above shared pool) and reception (half way down) and then the beach and restaurants beside it. We drove to reception then walked to beach from there one eve to dine out. Villas are spread over a wide area of hillside in different zones and we didn't know where we would be until we checked in. No hairdryer or bathroom soap or shower gel provided, so ensure you bring these. Villa rather bland/sterile in style, if it wasn't for the great view. A bright modern picture in bedroom and lounge would do wonders, but small thing really. Didn't try pool just below our villa as we only stayed 3 nights and loved exploring stunning local beaches like Palombaggia and Rondinara (Santa Giulia was busier and had more seaweed).

Loved the view over Santa Giulia Bay from the front of our mini villa 431 and when dining on our terrace. Fixtures were modern and there was a good selection of equipment and plenty of plates etc for self catering, without having to wash up after each meal. Great to have a dishwasher and be provided with starter kit of 3 dishwasher tablets, a dish scourer, tea towel and mini washing up liquid.

Nothing was provided, not even hand soap so this is not convenient for a short stay. A lot of mosquitoes so we couldn’t open the windows, and the air con was old and not functioning properly.

Our apartment was at the top of a very steep hill from the beach, but because of this we had the amazing view.

The staff in reception were very friendly and informative & spoke very good English. We were also met at the apartment by Fabio who was very helpful. Our apartment had a fantastic view (rm 308). Lovely terrace with comfy chairs, dining table and gas bbq. Our apartment was close to the outdoor swimming pool. The beach was beautiful.

The smell in oone of the bathrooms was a bit off.

far from the see. it is non allowed to swim in the clothes beach due to danger of some intoxication. but some people swam. the was no fan to dry hair.

clean rooms, nice location, very nice view, helpful staff. Apartment is equipped with everything necessary. You need to have a car to see the surrounding beauty. it’s 7 km to Palombaggia beach. it even had barbecue kit.
