The room we have occupied seems was used for smokers before us This smell penetrate into the surfaces and impossible to ventilate to 100%

Location and facility is very good. The room stated as non ocean side, but by the fact it is good view from the the balcony and the room window.

but appartment need a good update look (fresh pain, more refresh, more modern aspect to the 21st century style). Old fashion impression when we arrive in the main corridor despite painting on the wall.

Good view and location with a good bus stop around and a very usefull/handy carefour market shop and bakery close by.

Everything was fine but the team that served us breakfast. They were extremely unfriendly, we greeted them and they just turned their heads and same thing happened every single morning

It was all terrific !

The view was spectacular ! We shall be coming back ,Ignore the Brit comment about Butlins and council flats, This is a fantastic place to stay ,spotless .The view is TO DIE FOR! ❤️ The worst criticism being that it’s a little dated but that’s all as it’s travel lodge decor.I’m a professional working female Brit of 56 and used to staying in 4* hotels but I’m booking to return here next year and hopefully every year so make of that what you will ,See photos for our morning views!

No spare toilet roll. Some sachets of coffee, tea salt pepper be very useful for short stays

A full sea view would've been better and I didn't realise that it was two single beds.

The room was compact but with a nice balcony though the stairs to the sleeping area were very tight. It was very clean and more than adequate.

Info on the website was a little misleading in terms of public transport available into the town. Air conditioning would be good in the rooms- the week we stayed it wasn't particularly great weather yet the apartment was still very stuffy at night.

Beautiful views over the ocean from the accommodation. Easy walk to a lovely beach and swimming pool with a view. Apartment was spotlessly clean and a good size. Kitchen was very well equipped.

The mattresses in the bunk beds are smaller than the actual bed frames ! This is not acceptable at this price. Furniture overall very old.

The toilet was situated downstairs and as the double bed was upstairs.The stairs were wooden and noisy and precarious if you needed to use the loo in t the night .There was no Airt con and it was very hot. I did notice some fans behind the reception but there was no information in any language to state these were for our use and I only noticed them by looking through the staff door on the penultimate day of our stay. I can imagine also that if you wished to use anything in the school holidays it may prove difficult lwe were not charged as they only had one available golf club.for use on the very tired looking crazygolf course There was no where to purchase snacks or drinks not even a vending machine All in all the facilities and hotel appear very tired and in need if modernization .ps We asked for another toilet role and was told we had to go and buy...the shops only did a pack of four. The combi oven was small and there wasn't any instructions on how to use it..

The location was beautiful and close 10 minute walk to Biarritz. The staff were lovely and helpful .The room was adequate for a holiday stay and was clean but very underwhelming.. The pool was well located and very quiet.

The code for entry was changed at the weekend without our knowledge and do we couldn’t get in until we found another guest who told us the code. It is also a bit unusual to have to clean the apartment at the end - if we hadn’t we would have been charged 55 euros.

We didn´t like that everything extra is paid (even toilet paper). And the breakfast isn´t worth the money in our opinion.

Location is perfect, close to the beach. Nice views. Minigolf and swimming pool in the hotel garden.

When we got into the apartment, there was a "welcome package", which turned out to be a box with a dishwasher tablet, a J cloth, and a small bottle of detergent. I was quite annoyed, to be honest. And we had to strip the beds before we went...

The location is within 30 minutes walk from the city centre, and in shorter walking distance were a few nice restaurants. The staff were friendly and the swimming pool was great
