Reception area is a bit gloomy and odd that it closes so early on weekends but luckily we weren’t in need of any assistance.

The balconies were next to one another and there were no paravanes/screens to separate them so at night it was creepy to sleep with the open windows since jumping from one room to another was only as hard as jumping the hip-high fence.

It is an aparthotel, so there is no cleaning every day - it is expected. However, the room could have been a little cleaner - but no major issues. Previous guest left the trash in the room (in the bin), again, small inconvenience. Parking is not free, since April. 8 hours cost EUR 5, from 10-18.15, except Sundays and public holidays. A full day is EUR 25, so the last 15 minutes could be expensive. We left the car at the underground parking, EUR 9 / night.

Comfy bed Location is walking distance to city centre, but quiet. Shopping and bakeries are close. Friendly personnel. Early check-in was possible, though we arrived on a public holiday when reception closes at 4.

The parking experience was terrible... We booked the parking but the only key left wasn't working and we were stuck inside the parking.

Shower pressure could have been stronger. Heater not possible to adjust.

Reception was very welcoming. Even though we arrived early it was possible to keep our bags at the reception and come back later. Free parking out front on Sunday and then pay by time afterwards- very reasonable city rates. Room was comfortable.

if you will not clean the dishes and do not take your TRASH, you will need to pay 15Euros! That is not OK. We are paying also for the SERVICE, but not only for the room.

Good hotel for one night. We were settled a little earlier and for that we are very grateful. Keep in mind that you will need to clean up after yourself and take out the trash. It didn't bother us, but it was strange.

What was surprising that we had to collect and throw rubbish ourselves. And the balconies are integrated so you can see your neighbour and if they have open window you can hear everything basically.

Nice room with small kitchen, very useful. Beds were comfy. We had balcony with view at other blocks of flats but it wasn't bad. Walking distance to city centre which is very handy and you hide your car in underground parking from hotel which gives safety feeling.

There was trouble finding the parking area. When we did locate it and parked we had difficulty finding the lift. Eventually someone came along and showed us so we went up in the lift but we were in a different building. We had to go back down to our car and walk up the ramp and round the block with our luggage. Not acceptable when my husband is disabled. I was also unaware until the day before I arrived that I would be expected to clean the room before I left. I would not use this hotel again.

Maybe the location is the only negative point but at least you can discover new areas of the city. However, that part of the city is very safe so I mean you have to walk a little bit more especially if you come from the train station.

I was really statisfied with the accomodation. Everything was clear and nice.

Inexperienced receptionist at day of arrival (many unnecessary questions, wrong initial allocation to one-bed apartment, but corrected on demand). Small room size, but sufficient for short-term stay.

Walking distance to city centre, good supermarket around the corner, safe underground parking for car and bicycles (8€ p.d.), kitchen sufficiently equipped, nice view from 5th floor apartment
