Comfortable house, good location, everything clean and new l, the balcony.

Nothing! It was a perfect location near many restaurants, markets and parks. Nearby Metro made it easy to get around the city.

It was clean, stylish and had plenty of closet and living space for our five day stay. Loved having laundry right on the apartment.the balcony had a table and chairs that we enjoyed nightly with wine and items bought from nearby boulangeries, fromageries and other shops.

The location is fantastic, lots of nice restaurants and shops, but still quiet and away from the crowds. Easy to get to the tourists spots. The appartments were modern and clean. Great service in the reception, they helped with everything. Jerome organised a lot for us and was extremely helpful

Accessing public transportation was a little challenging from the location.

The location was good for exploring the areas near the Pantheon and Luxembourg Gardens as well as about a 30 minute walk from Notre Dame. We liked that the area is a little quieter but easy to access areas with good restaurants and shopping nearby.

I appreciated the quiet neighborhood feel and the closeness to the metro. Staff was fantastic, especially Jeremie, he was extremely helpful in helping us plan our trip and how best to get there.

The facility was bright and cheerful, and there was adequate space for my family of 5. The location was terrific. It was wonderful to be by all the amenities of a lively city center, yet with the charm and quiet of a quaint neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed in a studio and although we loved the fact that we were provided free washer and dryer in the basement, the basement levels could use the same care and attention as elsewhere in the building (you can see they tried but a bit more sprucing up would be great!)

Loved the vibe of stylish, warm decor and thoughtful design in a great neighborhood full of Parisian families. Located right across from a school, and surrounded by delicious and affordable restaurants, boulangeries, crêperies, etc. Also, really friendly staff!! We loved Malik, who helped us plot our way to Versailles, among other helpful things. We walked everywhere the first few days then used metro to get farther afield (super easy and metro about a 10- 15 minute walk). Buses can be great but sometimes are late, don’t show, etc.

I would suggest they put a grip bar and non slip mat in the tub.

The staff was amazing! Everything about the room was immaculate and well equipped for the most part! It was wonderful to be able to walk to many of the sights, and Rue Mouffetard was a bonus!

The hearing goes off but when asking the front desk they always turned on. The couch cushions always slip out and have to be pushed back in.

The apartments are not new, some places in aprt. require cosmetic repairs. Price. but this is Paris.

The apartments are very spacious, even huge for Paris, while the apartments are very well equipped. Located on a quiet street. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking, each room has a large TV with YouTube and air conditioners that work for heating as well. Friendly staff. There is a supermarket and many restaurants nearby. I recommend it.

Some minor repairs needed for example, handle in downstairs bathroom kept falling off and the sofa bed probably needs replacing (apartment 602) but when asked, the staff were very helpful about these things. Cleaning not brilliant - lots of dust on the floor and marks on soft furnishings which could be fixed with a good clean!

Spacious apartment in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great to have lots of towels and welcome coffee and juice. Location is fabulous and is near a gorgeous street with lots of lovely cafes and restaurants and local metro is only a 5 min walk.

Dirty shower head. No ventilation in the toilet. Moisture in the rooms and toilet.

Sign a form accounting for all dishes and kitchenware; there were no kitchen towels which were provided later; required to clean dishes and put them back in the shelf and take garbage bag to the basement;

Location close to eateries, local markets, restaurants and metro, our 1 BR apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable, adequate heat in November , extremely friendly and helpful staff - Jeremy and Erwan for local recommendations; would definitely stay here again

Safe and quiet location. Very close to the metro station(5min walk) and there are lots of restaurant around the apartment. We stayed as a family (with 2 kids) and everything was wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you!
