The room seemed a bit outdated. Especially bathroom. The sealant around the tub was mouldy. That should be considered consumable and replaced more often. A stack of ants from the bathroom came to visit us for a chip dropped on the floor.

Distance from the metro station directly into the centre was great. A bit too many stops but ok for a short visit commute. Safe location to the main road. Outside the Paris emission zone saved us, due to the lack of Critt-air sticker. On street parking available.

Small bathtub (too be honest we didnt even expect one so 🤩) rooms are a litte bit noisy.. but nothing that will keep you from sleeping

The room was clean and the sleeping couch surprisingly comfy,(very basic and a bit outdated tho) Staff is friendly and helpfull. Metro station is a 5 minute walk, and about 30 Minutes from Paris centre depending on where you want too go..great little bakery and small supermarket nearby.. all in all,Great value for money.. if your looking too visit paris on a budget 10/10 would recommend

Check-in on late arrival was very easy. The underground parking is convenient. The location is close to the metro station. The staff was very friendly. The room is suitable for a family: 2 adults and 2 children.

Nothing really I would just say that the room might need some refreshments but nothing major.

My room was spacious and was clean . The location and staff were absolutely great. I will definitely recommend for a short- term stay . A coffee machine , boiler , microwave and cutlery were provided so very handy .

The location turned out to be not that convenient for us as during our visits due to construction the routes weren’t near the property and we have to walk to nearest station but manageable .And again there is some amount of traveling needed to reach tourist spot.

The property has a very good process in place for late checkin .The paid vending machine is good for midnight snacking.Also the staff was polite and room clean with all the necessities.

Travel one hour to reach city center as it's in outskirts.

Supportive staff in reception, very nice automated system to get keys in case of late check, not required to call anyone even at midnight.

The room was a bit small and we couldn't all four of us sit at the kitchen table, that's a small thing as we were only in the room for the night, otherwise we were very happy with everything

The room was clean, the kitchen and crockery were clean, all the rooms and bedding were clean, the staff was very friendly and smiling, the location is good near the metro that goes directly to the center of Paris, very close to the bakery with the best croissants, a machine downstairs with drinks and snacks were very welcome, everything was ok, the surroundings were also fine

I would have preferred a few more shops around the location or being a bit closer to downtown. It would be great to have a fan available in the room. As a traveller it was unusual for me not to have a fan, which made sleeping not as easy. I realize this is not as common in France it seems, so maybe just an option for travellers would be great.

Very close to metro train. Very helpful for getting into Paris to explore as a tourist. The facilities were really clean and comfortable and the staff were great and very helpful. The bakery nearby was awesome.

For one whole day, there was no water in the apartment at all; There aren't enough furniture; The pricing policy of the hotel is fairly tricky. The lowest price shown in Booking (77 Euro) is just for the first day, which seems as a hook. Then, for the second and third day, it costs 90 euro and the next two days 97 euro. The longer you stay, the more expensive the price is. This is against the common rules, I'm afraid. In fact, I asked for adding one day before the first day for this reservation one month before the departure and I had to pay 112 euro for it! In a word, I've paid 558 euro for 6 nights there. It means that the average price is not 77 but 97.3 euro!

The rooms are pretty clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the metro station is closed to the hotel, and there is a bakery nearby.

Maybe due to most of the rooms have kitchenette, close to lunch and dinner time, there is a mixed food smell all over the building. Unfortunately, even with lots of forbidden signs, I am quite sure that lots of guests smoke inside the rooms. My room had a permanent cigar smoke smell. Maybe already embedded in furniture and walls.

Calm and quiet. No noise detected after 9PM. Kitchenette with enough equipment for small meals like electric stove, micro wave, kettle, freezer, coffee machine as well pans, pots and cutlery. You can leave your luggage kept after check out. Most of the staff spoke English.
