You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomWe were having 2 showers a day as it was hot and sweaty walking around in the sun, so the towel I had was being used a lot. I asked reception for another towel and initially was told that they are only changed once a week, but I could get one this time..
Room was clean with a small balcony which was great in the evening having a drink before dinner. Location was good but there was a short street into the main street which was quite dirty and busy with young groups, but felt fairly safe.

SlovakiaSofa was really dirty so we needed to cover it by towels as well as blanket has never been washed I assume. The cleaning was once in a 7 nights however the trash was not included what was a bit of surprise. The bed is too small for even quite not a big two people.

United States of AmericaThe rooms showed small signs of wear and tear so an update to the painting could be done. The A/C wasn’t on when we first arrived so it took awhile to get the room cool. We called the front desk and someone did come immediately to check on it and verified it was working. More counter space in the bathroom would be nice.
Very friendly staff who were very assessable if we needed something. The location is ideal with a very short walk to/from the train station and to the Marina. There is also a grocery store close by. From our room we had a great view of the Arc de Triumph and a small part of the Mediterranean Sea. We ate breakfast and lunch on the patio which was enjoyable. The room had a mini-kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, small dishwasher, although we only used the refrigerator.

CyprusThe staff is amazing but the hotel has some not great policies: 1. cleaning the kitchenette and taking out the garbage. What is the point of booking a hotel room on your holidays when you have to do the cleaning yourself? 2. The hotel does not provide daily cleaning services and only some basic toiletries are provided upon arrival, which are not replenished and not enough for the entire stay.
The staff is lovely, very kind and helpful. Smiley faces ready to assist you at all times. The room was nice and comfortable. Special thanks to the security lady who welcomed us upon our late arrival, the ladies at reception and the rest of the staff at breakfast who were very sweet and helpful.

United KingdomThe location was in an area where the purchase of wine or beer was difficult due to cukltural beleifs. At the end of a night in The Old Port Area or city centre the walk back was a bit of a climb. Building work was going on in the area so there was some noise.
The staff were excellent and the facilities were absolutely fine. Very comfortable bed and despite looking out on to trees, the balcony was great. Access was very secure as you needed a room card to access the lift. Very much like having your own apartment.
