Small rooms, the Air Condition is not working. Is a flat TV but not smart, you can not watch Netflix all you have is French programs!

It was close to train station, they have laundry! Is not expensive, good kitchen!

Well, it is probably a personal issue. Our flight was changed, so we had to stay one night less as planned. We asked the property to confirm the change of dates, almost one month before the stay. We received a message on booking.com confirming the change of the reservation, but the funds return was not received. It is a pity, as the money for one night was approximately 70 euro.

The stay was good. The property has everything that is needed for a short stay in Paris. Nearby you can find markets and the metro station. Everything was good. You will not have a lot of space in the room, but you will feel comfortable. The internet was great, appreciate that, as in other properties it is a problem.

For the price, I would have appreciated a free breakfast included with the stay. Many other hotels in the same general area include breakfast with a similarly priced stay

Very easy check in and the room was clean and comfortable. For me, the location was good as it was a five minute walk to my office. As a tourist, the location is also good as it is two blocks from a train station with lines that run through the center of Paris

Hotel showing its age. Needs an update and attention to detail in the room maintenance.

It is close to my company's office. Close to restaurants, convenience store, and Speed Quenn laundry (uses an app to pay for washer/dryer with auto soap dispensing). Close to RER C.

The elevator didn’t work which was uncomfortable. Personnel was not very nice and friendly. And if you need to use parking you need to take keys all the time and get them back which also was a bit annoying.

the location was convenient: supermarket and train station was close. Also it was nice to have little kitchen in the room with all needed.

Unfortunately the lift was not working and we had to walk to the 5th floor.

I liked that we could check in before 15.00 so we had more time for sightseeing. The reception was very nicely decorated.

our room was not like the photos unfortunately- clean and tidy but much more dated decor - doors poor quality, bathroom door didn’t really shut and it was quite noisy.

I'm in Paris and there were NO PASTRIES OR BREAD on Sunday! Not much of a breakfast. Also, one type of cheese and a piece of ham. Very poor compared to Saturday's breakfast which was a full buffet.

some lights were not working, there was no garbage in the kitchen area, the rooms are smaller than the pictures suggest

The staff was very friendly, speaking English very well. The check-in was super smooth (we could even check in much earlier than planned), the parking was very safe and easy to access (and again, we could park our car longer even after checking out), the rooms were overall clean and even have a little kitchen area.

the hot water problem, if used 1 or 2 times for shower after no hot water. The night reseptions doesnt want to have any responsibility. if u ask any request or questions they can’t do any and why ?

The reseption lady ( Europeanise ) was very good she is helpfull and very kind and talking many languages which is professional work, when we left we couldn’t see her because of the night but I wanted to tell thanks for her service. the rooms are clean is good

186 eur/night is a high price anywhere in the world and they still asked for extra money for doing some basic cleaning in the room
