The best reception staff you could want. Room was large and comfortable. The only issue is at the restaurant menu was very limited.

Parking cost was extra but we knew that beforehand. But at least the parking was right underneath the hotel, very good access.

It’s a very central location in town. We would definitely stay there again. Great bed, great shower. But most of all, the manager in the evening was so helpful when we had visitors, he allowed us to have a bottle of wine with them in the breakfast room, front room, & brought us wine glasses.

There was no lift in the hotel and we had to carry buggy up and down each time as we were on the top floor.

Hotel was in an excellent location. We booked the big suite as we had our 1 year old with us. Lovely cocktail bar too which was a bonus.

the doublebed in the standard room was a little small i think 1.40/1.50

Nice hotel in the middle of the centrum of Nimes. Staff is very friendlly. The rooms are nice and clean. the doublebed is nice and soft but a little small. The shower is very good.

No problems for us, but there is no lift and the laid-back atmosphere both in the hotel, bar and restaurant may not suit everyone. Some elements of the bathroom could be improved and drawers not opening in the room and plastic bedhead very worn and torn. Cold radiators - which was remedied. (November) Breakfast is basic , nothing cooked, croissants, juice, etc.

The hotel is faIrly central and has designated parking in a public car park just around the corner from the location. It has a restaurant for an evening meal. Our meal was absolutely terrific. The bar doesn't open even to residents until 6 but It's a very funky hotel. Some decorative items in the room could be replaced with coffee/tea making facilities. The art work is great fun.

Great location next to the musee carre . Friendly helpful staff Interesting decor with an old and a modern feel . Good breakfast and a very comfortable bed .Our room had a balcony which overlooked the square . I especially liked the bath !

We were disappointed with the bedroom. It was a big size but the furniture rather dated and utilitarian. The lighting was ridiculously dim.

Couple of problems with the lock mechanism on the door, otherwise no problems.

Friendly staff, very helpful, particularly Lou the receptionist. Excellent restaurant and a great location to explore Nimes.

Nothing really except despite having lots of lights the bulbs were all a bit weak and it was a long climb up the stairs with a heavy bag

Only "sugar" Breakfast possible. While the Hotel has a huge restaurant, it would be nice to be abile to have a "Salt", better en healthy breakfast as a possibility.

The arrangement with the car park under the place where the hotel is located is good, but it isn't so clear where to stop while you quickly run in to pick up the pass to enter the car park. Signposting could be better.

Very nice room and a very convenient location close to the historic centre.
