My room on the first floor facing the speed line and the back of the train station was super noisy with windows closed. A kettle would have been nice.

A charming hotel dating from the 19th century like there are still a few in Cannes, a warm welcome, a confortable bed, cosy room, clean, very central, secured, with plenty of free parking on the street at night and public parking space nearby.

Would have liked a bath and reception manned for longer hours but more than happy for the compromise since the the price was so reasonable.

Simple enjoyable breakfast with good prompt service. Helpful staff. The hotel was extremely well situated close to station, buses, shopping and harbour. Good price.

unfortunately since I was travelling alone I felt more safe to take a taxi back to the hotel when it was dark since you need to go underground tunnel to get the hotel or to take a min detour. either way for me it was a little scary at night.

I liked the room it was spacious and confutable, The staff was very warm and welcoming. The location is great with in walking distance from everything.

Arriving as a tired and sweaty cyclist the welcome was magnificent. Really helpful with all the baggage to this really beautiful and unique property The room was superb, the breakfast excellent and ‘served’ to guests. Such a rarity these days with wonderful coffee and local products All in all a different and extremely good experience. Highly recommend

The breakfast was a bit disappointing - great tea and coffee selection but there was only bread, croissants, yogurt, and cereal on offer.

The staff were fantastic, so helpful, and the room was incredibly quiet, extremely comfortable, and with great air conditioning. The room was equipped with plenty of hangers, an iron and board, and had a fridge for us to store our own refreshments.

The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The villa's location is convenient, close to the train station and a few minutes from the sea. It's a very cozy and peaceful place, more suitable for couples or people looking to relax.

This boutique hotel was everything I wanted while visiting Cannes. It is comfortable, stylish, and convenient to everything. It is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and the train station. The best part of Villa Pruly is Nicole and Aurelien. They are friendly and very helpful. I was traveling alone, but I felt like every time I returned from my days outing, I was coming home to be met with a smile and overflowing kindness.

I found that it was strange that there were no small fridge in the room. It would be useful to have it in Cannes where is really hot.

This hotel is located a short walk from the train station and about a 10 minute walk into town. The staff at the check-in were extremely friendly, and they made your experience feel very personalized.
