Allocated room view was sub-par.

Well modernized older hotel. Internal state quite modern but exterior looked dated. Staff and service was attentive and five stars. Team was able to secure a booking to a popular and full restaurant at short notice.

Unacceptable to have dirty towels in the bathroom in a hotel of this caliber. I do not see how this can happen, much less be excused.

Great hotel, nice views at the restaurant. Great facilities and nice rooms. Also I like the location, although a little further out from the Vieux Port.

It seems that the rooms and corridors need renovation. The room had an old, musty and cigarettes smell. The bed is too soft.

The staff is very nice. The location is good, at the old port of Marseilles. The view from the main restaurant is amazing. The breakfast was very good.

Great views and location, but hotel a little tired and neither restaurant provided stunning food - had the feeling that it traded on its location and so didn't have to try too hard. Staff were generally friendly, but a little off-hand in some service areas.

They gave me the last room of the corridor. And the floor was pretty dark, less nice than the other floors they asked for a 150 USD deposit per day that wasn’t informed before and the. take many days to get it back The pillows were good, but it could have been better for a 5 stars hotel

Everything was perfect. The location is magical. The staff are friendly, efficient and keen to help. The beds are super comfortable. Breakfast is great and the view from the dining room is breathtaking. Parking facilities available. I would love to go back and back again.

The location of the hotel is exceptional with a sumptuous view over the Vieux Port The staff was very pleasant, attentive and efficient The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast was abundant and offered many choices. The staff was also very attentive and efficient.

We were given a room that had light bulbs not working,a bed that wasn't made and a slippery shower ( I am disabled) A terrible disappointment. ...seemingly lack of personel as nobody at entrance to help with luggage, etc...

Most things are standard 4-5 star hotel but this one is nicely decorated and the rooms nicely done. We were however compensated for its major shortcomings and we are grateful for that.

Expected a lot nicer spa access. There was only steam room and sauna. No aromatherapy room, no relaxation room & no herbal teas or fruit for guests. The hydro pool/ jacuzzi was nice. We were asked to move from our table after dinner on our last evening although we had not finished our wine. Also there were only 6 in the brasserie at the time so lots of other free tables. We had not been told when we were seated at our table that it was “reserved” for someone else at a later time. It dampened our last evening at the hotel as I had to repeatedly tell staff that I would not be moving table. We had a 4.45 am taxi on our last night at the hotel & I told the hotel in advance. No offer of a picnic breakfast was offered. I was advised that I could book and pay for room service so no allowance for €60 for 2 breakfasts we would not have.

Staff were mostly friendly. Beds were very comfy. Shampoo etc was very nice. Views were amazing.
