The door outside was broken and I asked to fix it , because its main floor room. We arrived to hotel in the evening, the room was not clean and door outside was fully open. The reception exchanged room immediately

There was nothing we didn't like. We loved everything, and will certainly use this hotel again, when we pick our daughter up with all her clobber next summer.

Incredibly clean, exceptional value for money in this area, really well-equipped kitchenette.- it even had a mini-dishwasher, tasteful decor, lift, very helpful staff, full bath with shower over, dog-friendly, nice pool, free bike hire, air-conditioning, quality bedding and one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had - fantastic choice, and possibility of eating inside or on the covered terrace. It is within very easy travelling distance of Aix and Marseille. We were dropping our daughter off for her year abroad at Aix university, and the hotel was perfect for our needs, close to Aix, but on the outskirts of a village, with parking and shady gardens.

I didn't think the area was great; there was absolute nothing within walking distance and you really have to drive into Arles for bars, restaurants etc. (It's not far to Arles but we were exhausted after a long journey.) However, when you get to Arles it really is very pretty and worth the (short!) drive. Disappointed that there was no water or tea/coffee making facilities in the room, although this may have been because of local water shortages.

Attractive place, friendly and well run. Nice swimming pool, laid back vibe, pretty grounds. The breakfast room is lovely, really spacious, light and sunny. You can also eat outside on the terrace with chickens pecking around! I would return if in the area again.

Clean rooms, great little pool and location near Aix. Very handy with laundry equipment and kitchenette. Breakfast was great.

Breakfast was poor for a 4 star hotel, especially if you don't like a sweet breakfast. This hotel claims to be a hotel for staying long, but there are not enough breakfast choices if you stay here longer than 2 days. It was also difficult sometimes to find clean plates, glasses and cutlery, they should clean the dishes more thoroughly. They could also clean the room better: we noticed that the "hard to see" places were not cleaned: there was a dead bug next to our bed for days.

The room was spatious, quiet and comfortable. There is a lot of storage space for your clothes and bags. Our room was cleaned daily.

The bathroom. It's a big space, but with a small shower, with curtains, which are all over your body until you are having a shower. The whole bathroom is completely wet after the shower. It's a shame for otherwise comfortable and very clean room

The floor all over the hotel- Linoleum floor at the rooms and corridors, which suits more to a 1 star hotel rather than to a 4 stars hotel. It seems negligible however, it has a negative impact.

Nice size room with a kitchenet, well facilitated. Reasonable breakfast. Countryside atmosphere, all around is green.
