We came quite late to checkin and had to wait about 15 minutes while the staff was busy with the other guest.

A nice hotel with a good breakfast on the outskirts of the Boulogne forest.

The room was very modern, clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The housekeeping cleaned and made the beds daily. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The location is just outside of Paris, plenty of ways to get to the city center (aprox 40 mins) and also a train to Versailles from the Suresnes Mont Valerien train station (20 min). We felt very safe in the neighbourhood, not need to worry about that.

The room lighting was poor, and the room was rather dark. What we disliked most was the very limited choices with little variations in the breakfast. Very basic breakfast ..

I asked for a room with a view or high up and didn´t really get that. The wifi was average. It is time-consuming and not simple to get to downtown Paris, you need to study the bus routes. The room temperature was too hot at times.

It was comfortable, convenient and not overly expensive. Nice management in hotel and free fresh water on each floor.

I could not get my receipt for my stay. I asked for it the night before I leave. The staff at front desk told me that they do not understand their system, so they would ask somebody and give me the receipt in the morning when I leave. They did not have adopters which I did not expect. My phone ran out of battery. So, I asked if they can call me to wake me up at 5 am. They said yes but they did not give me wake up call. Thankfully, my colleague knocked my door and when I asked for my receipt they said they still could not understand their system and would send me via email which I still have not received after a month. I booked 4 rooms and stayed for 5 nights. The receipt is extremely crucial for any business trips.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious. The bar on the lobby was excellent after a long and busy day.

Food at the restaurant ala carte could be improved In my opinion, breakfast was too simple and after staying nearly a week I was bored. Duve was a bit to thick, and I was very hot all the time.

Hotel is very clean - spotless! Good location - regarding restaurants a lot top Michelin's one. Safe area of Paris - when you go around there is no problem even after late dinner with friends. Nice staff - very friendly, helpful and speaking english! We could leave our bags until our taxi came to pick us out in the storage area Very flexible and promise of quality was kept I reqested extra duve for my 9 year old, and no problem at all.
