There were no cooking essentials (salt, oil etc) and no shampoo/conditioner. No warm water coming from sink in top bathroom.

The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and had almost everything you needed. Bath! Air conditioning was great, allowed to adjust the temperature. Location is amazing!

The sofa bed was not up to the standards for someone to sleep We spend 4 nights at the flat. The one sleeping on the couch did not enjoy the cracking and the sores from sleeping there You need 3 different codes to enter the apartment. That made things a bit complicated

Bathroom sink blocked but attended to. No natural light in kitchen/dining. Dangerous metal door stop in middle of doorway to garden. Complex 3 step entry to property. Would be good in kitchen to have grater, sharper knife ( or at least a sharpener). Larger cutting board. But overall very happy

The air conditioning is noisy, it disturbed my sleep the first night. Also, I didn't think it was cool that they debited €300 from my account for a deposit. I hadn't seen that yet!

The girls said the bed upstairs did not have fresh linens on it when we arrived. I never checked that myself. Not all the outlets worked. There were not enough mirrors in second floor or bottom floor bathroom.

Location location location! You walked out the door to the Sacre Coeur. It was magnificent. The restaurants in the area were wonderful with friendly people who remembered us. The metro was a couple of blocks away. And it should be noted, the property had a second toilet! This was not in any of the literature. It was a savior. We had some issues but the property management company was always at our fingertips. They took care of everything in just minutes. They even relocated us to a luxury apt when we had a problem. Sweet Inn is a remarkable company. Highly recommend their service at any of their properties.

Luggage storage was about 25 mins in an Uber from property itself. There were 3 gates before we got to our property. Make sure to read digital access instructions thoroughly before you get there. There was little cell service in the access area and we were outside a different door (with the sweet inn sticker) for about 30 mins trying to gain access. The entire apartment was a loft so no privacy for anyone. Good for a short stay.

I don't want to complain but there are few things I would like it was. The apartment is little bit dark and not much sunlight. But it is fine (need brighter lightings). There was no hairdryer. The apartment is like open space. There are no private doors for rooms and audible within the apartment. Good for groups. But overall it was good stay.

The location was good. Just 7 mint walk from metro st. The apartment is also near to Sacre Coeur. The beds were comfy, I had a good sleep. There is fine layout rooms. There is quiet surrounding. I would recommend to others too.

It was really lovely! Make sure to check-in online so that you won’t get confused when getting there (because it definitely can be). Lots of gates to go through to get to our space, but that added to the secure feeling. Going in, we were welcomed by a very fragrant scent so that set the scene going forward. We had a booking for 6. Kitchen amenities were great, bathroom amenities were well (a half at the first floor and a full one at the third floor, which also had a bathtub! though we didn’t use it), heating/air conditioning was very manageable, and beddings were wonderful. Even had water bottles for us. The stairs are quite steep, however, but everything was pretty much beautiful.

Entry to the property. Hot water in the bathroom sink and bath. Instructions on jow to use the cooker hob. Faster response to queries such as getting a code for WiFi. Property was cold on entry with a musty smell. There was a huge puddle between two entry gates.

The apartment was clean and the arrangement of furniture was good. Three proper single beds with the option of pulling out a sofa bed. Location very close to tourist attractions.

Just to be clear, we loved everything and everything was suitable for us! Just noting that it's possible that the staircases up to the bedrooms might be difficult for less mobile people or for very young children who are still of the age where they need to be supervised around stairs. (The room with the double bed is on the top floor, the room with the three beds are on the middle floor, and the living and kitchen area are on the ground floor.)

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable, self-catering stay, including cooking utensils, dishes, washing up liquid, and toiletries. Check in was easy and we really appreciated the ability to check in early and to stow luggage after check-out. (Early check-in isn't guaranteed, but can be requested.) The beds were comfortable, and the shower and bath were brilliant. We enjoyed the little extras like nice toiletries and slippers. The area couldn't be better for sightseeing, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It is only a short walk - a couple blocks - from the metro, which is how we arrived. We loved everything, and everything was suitable for our stay! Do make sure you keep an eye on email and download the app or get the entry codes in advance; you need the app and an internet connection or mobile data to access the codes that let you into the apartment.

The only thing was that the bathroom sink was clogged (we used it as it is and succeeded to unclog it finally) and that there were only 2 small shower gels and one conditioner left - we were 3 people staying for 4 days. But they were Nuxe:-) Which was also very nice. Our (family) bed was hard for our backs.

Dear Sweet inn, it was great. This is the best apartment we've been to so far and we travel a lot. It was spacious, bright, big, comfortable, very well designed, with everything one could need, under the Sacre Coeur, in the heart of Monmartr. Also it was very modern, exclusive, elegant and beautiful! We enjoyed the privacy and the location, the small garden, the beautiful design, the nice jigs - we played... It looks exactly like in the pictures. The guys at the check in location near Louvre were very kind and helping (Nicholas and Ulyce), we actually checked in at noon, as requested and it was all gorgeous. I would give a prize for this apartment. And surely I will always from now on stay at Sweet inn apartments everywhere I go! Everywhere! The near metro and bus stations, the nice crowd in the most famous neighborhood in Paris - all that makes the Sweet inn une expérience en soi. It was extremely clean, very bright, nicely furnished with much taste and extravagance and minimalist chic. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Also they answered all my questions via their chat day and night. Which was extremely helpful. It was exquisite!

The only problem was it was a little tough for my 80year old mother to climb the stairs having each room on 3 different floors, but we knew this ahead of time.
