We reserved a sea view room. Top floor. There was construction and a bldg in front of the balcony. You can still see the sea, but the pictures are misleading. The construction is VERY loud banging so no sleeping in. Not a secured bldg. anyone can walk in. They had the radiator on and the room was VERY hot. I asked if someone could turn it off and they said they’d send someone but he didn’t know how to turn it off. The aircon didn’t work either - probably bc it wasn’t the season yet. I think it was expensive for the room and the construction. They should warn people of the construction and roof top bar and pool area closed due to construction. The price does not reflect this so be warned.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. Nicely decorated. Great coffee. Clean facilities.

Pool wasn't heated (freezing but we swam in it anyway!) No vegetables (fresh or cooked) available at breakfast at all, so dissapointing for vegetarian or vegans. If you travel to Antibes by train, make sure you buy a ticket before boarding the train (we bought one when boarding the train and it cost €30 one way instead of €4.80, and they never told us, despite us asking if it was OK to buy tickets from them!!) Cranes / construction Beach wasn't great Didn't eat in dinner at the hotel but noticed the prices seemed quite expensive

Decor of the rooms was a bit dated, as well as the general areas (eg. carpet in hallways), breakfast buffet was just OK.

Great location on a very nice beach, close to marina and restaurants, very friendly and helpful staff, nice pool and terrace area with plenty of sun lounges, good sized room and we enjoyed the great view of the beach from our balcony. Away from the hustle and bustle of Nice.

Room had a street view and was terribly noisy, especially late at night with moving wheelie bins, deliveries etc. Toilet extremely small. Terrace Breakfast view beautiful but expensive at 19 Euros PP, especially as not all items available.

Breakfast is around 22 Euros each and not worth the money. Although breakfast is served on rooftop overlooking sea, the food is much to be desired. Dishes are not filled up when empty and we had to ask so many times for more scrambled eggs. There was 2 choices of fresh cut fruit and no vegetables at all. All in all very disappointing, considering the cost. Room we had was adequate and spotlessly clean, but toilet cubicle was tiny and had no sink in it. In other words, if bathroom was in use, there was no where to wash your hands after going to toilet!!

Location was great. Hotel overlooked beach and was in walking distance of train station. Lots of restaurants around 5 minutes away. A big thank you to Paola on Reception who was amazing at directing us where to visit, train times etc.

The only negative is it was €55 euros to get to the centre of Nice in a Taxi. We had a car so wasn’t to bad but bare this in mind if your relying on taxis.

Great little hotel. Lovely reception & roof terrace with beautiful views of the sea. Staff were so friendly & helpful. I recommend this hotel. Its a great base to explore the south of France.

- Not enough ventilation in bathroom - The building is a bit old and there are some problems like door creak, not good sound insulation etc. It was very noisy on Saturday night (restaurant).

- Perfect location for car travelers - The sea is extremely close so you don't need to take anything to the beach except water - Comfortable and hard mattress - Very friendly stuff including cleaning service - Beautiful view from the room
