The system for getting your keys is frustrating. If you do not have access to a phone during a small window of time on the day of arrival you may not get in. The staff were able to make it work but I spent a few hours working on it and worrying before getting the key code.

Even if it is stated that a 200€ will be charge prior to obtaining the codes (via phone call) I had the problem of phoning the property from Spain. In the end, I asked a relative to make this call for me. At night, we heard party noises from the street, and also machines cleaning the street in the morning. Even if it is not too noisy, the fridge makes some noise during the night.

The hotel is just in the middle of the city centre, which is absolutely fantastic. It is a duplex with 2 single beds downstairs and one single bed upstairs next to the kitchen. Toilet was big and the shower was very good. In the kitchen we could find all necessary to cook. The heating was working absolutely fantastic, which was very nice, becase we got wet and it was cold outside.

Poor communications, lucky that staff were available when I arrived because noone had responded to my emails which I sent in accordance with their instructions. Staff were not friendly and made me wait to get in.

All the night clubs and bars are also located around this apartment, so Saturday night was extremely noisy, although there are three layer windows, all closed. The ventilation of the apartment doesn't work very well. The smoke from other apartments as their cooking smell came into the apartment via the ventilation of the bathroom. The corners weren't very well cleaned, but the rest was fine.

Good location because really in the center of the city. The bed is quite comfortable.

It gets very hot and stuffy and is difficult to cool down the room as they only provide a tiny standing fan on the table.

This was in a great location, at the end of the street is a couple of resturants and the river. There was also an elevator up to the room.

Trash was in bathroom garbage upon arrival though was immediately resolved. The number of mosquitos… I don’t know if apartment specific but including a fly swatter would be good if this is common.

For the price, the apartment is fine for a couple of nights stay.

The efficiency apartment is relatively small, but comfortable. The kitchen is stocked well enough to cook something on the stovetop. The WiFi is good. The apartment is quiet when the windows are closed. The location is good.

Right by the party zone.

The location is excellent very close t the city centre and the rugby stadium, which is why we went to Bayona for. Despite being in a party zone you cannot hear anything inside the room so you get a very good sleep regardless of the noise there might be during the weekends.

The bins outside the hotel were emptied very loudly early (0500-0600) every morning, which made sleeping difficult. Also, one fan was not sufficient to cool down the place without opening the windows, which inevitably resulted in a lot of mosquitoes.

The location was ideal for exploring Bayonne on foot.

It's full of light since there are a lot of windows but the system, as you'll see, is not very convenient (two layers of windows: it makes it difficult!). Apart from that it's fine and quite comfortable!

Spacious room and ideal location, the facilities are interesting and the place is really clean. It remains quite expensive, but it's in centre town so it's worth it!

There was no fan, nor air conditioning provided and as it was the middle of the summer, only had the option to open the window. There is no one reachable by phone for the facility after 6pm so if you need anything good luck!

This hotel is in an ideal location in Little Bayonne, easy to walk everywhere and there are many restaurants and cafes to choose from near the hotel. The room was spacious, had a kitchenette, and small fridge. WiFi connection offered was good.

The windows need curtains to allow light to enter but give privacy. There was à lot of noise from the excellent and highly recommendable restaurant opposite my window. If I had not been shatteted this would have been à problem for me, as it was I crashed and slept well.

The heater was not working properly and the TV remote control was broken.

The bathroom smelt dank when I arrived, and I noticed some paint peeling and some mould on the ceiling. Also, they advised me via booking.com messages that I could leave my bag at the open hours of reception, but the reception was at another property 10 mins walk away - not a huge deal but frustrating when on a scheduled timeline.

This apartment was spacious and convenient, and a good central location.
