Very nice and English speaking staff, we came around 12 and was no problem with check in, room very clean , smal kichen area but all as described, like it. Walking distance to old town, however I will take a bus to get during evening time not walk.

I would recommend to add a coffee pot to the Kitchenette. The pillows were a bit too high for me.

It was a nice stay and a good value for money. The location is very good, close to the train station and to a tramway station and in the same time at a walkable distance from the city. The apartment was clean comfy and functional. The staff is very welcoming and kind. The communication is good. We had to check-in a bit late and the instructions were detailed and simple.

Around train station is not safe, many illegals imegrants, never leave your car on the street overnights, use the hotel understand parking!!!

The apartment was spacious and the furnishing accommodated my needs without creating clutter. The little kitchenette had everything one might need. Two nice big windows that open.

Loved having a kitchenette and how great the staff were! Bed was comfy, wifi was good. We had a great time. We had to check in after hours and the instructions were super easy and helpful.

I know it's because in Bourdeaux they are not used to hot weather and there was a huge fan, but it's very hot. Also, the bathroom was a little too much little and sometimes feel a little claustrophobic. Moreover, the whole street was in works and for me it's a little difficult to arrive.

The hotel was fine. Everything I need for a reasonable price. I really like that they had a kettle in the room because usually it's only a coffee pot and I don't have coffee. But, anyways, the hotel was fine.

Everything was ok, it could be nice to have glasses for wine, especially in such a region, as Bordeaux.

Everything was very nice and comfortable. The team of the hotel was very kind and helpful, especially with our late arrival. The hotel is very well placed, not far away from the city center and the train station. A tiny kitchen is well equipped.

Tv didn’t work. The large hot water service in bathroom made it hard to use the toilet. I hit my head on the heater.

Lounge has extra bed but no sofa. Kitchen needs a large saucepan. Chosen partly because on main bus routes but, no fault of apartments, road half closed for works and buses diverted. A few colourful prints would improve the very bare appearance. Lots of takeaway but not many close restaurants

Functional, with small kitchenette and separate bedroom. Near station. Side room opposite park so quieter and windows stopped all noise but opened for fresh air. Helpful and welcoming receptionists
