It’s very minor detail but we would have liked a slightly less seafood focused menu in the restaurant. The restaurant looked lovely but menu choice a little limited unless you like seafood, so we ate elsewhere.

Room was very spacious and clean, location was fantastic and staff very helpful. Great place to call home for a couple of nights.

The shower was luke warm on both mornings- to the point that I waited until after a day of exploring to use in the evening instead. In the evenings the temp seemed ok, put this down to a supply/demand issue in the morning but still frustrating. On the web site for the hotel I couldn't see any information on the fitness activities apart from yoga classes but it turns out there is a running and cycling room which we definitely would have used had we known beforehand.

The hotel is well located in Montmarte on a busy crossroads, however with the windows and doors shut, sleeping was not a problem. The rooms are small but perfectly formed with all the amenities needed for your stay. Rooms are modern but have a 30's style including in the bathrooms which were lovely. There is a very powerful towel radiator in the bathrooms which depending on your time of stay could be classed as too hot at times and I did turn it down, but for drying- fantastic! Bed seemed soft when sitting on, but for sleeping on didn't notice or find uncomfortable at all. Staff at reception were very pleasant as were the team at the rooftop bar.

View of the Eiffel Tower from my room was an unexpected surprise. Location and area of the hotel was fantastic - so many gorgeous little restaurants and cafes. Fabulous rooftop bar with stunning view was well utilized by our group. Breakfast was excellent value and delicious. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Complimentary drinks for booking through Booking.Com was the envy of my friends :) I would 100% stay again the next time I visit Paris.

Our stay at Terrass Hotel was lovely. The staff on the front desk deserve a lot of credit, they were so helpful, friendly and attentive. Me and mum don’t speak much/any French, their English was amazing - cannot praise them enough! Very knowledgeable on the area too. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, clean whilst also being quirky. You could also see the Eiffel Tower from our room which was an added bonus. Location was great too, there is a bus stop right outside which runs through the main places in Paris, also a 10/15 minute walk from the metro. Very close walk to the Sacre and other sites within Montmartre. The roof top bar is beautiful and loved that you could see the Eiffel Tower lit up from there on an evening. Thank you very much for our stay, would definitely recommend! :)

Breakfast could do with being just a little later at the weekend and staff are to the minute… it stops at 10:30… the end!

Rooms are “boutique” with some very nice touches. It was also good that still and sparkling mineral water are “on tap” in reception. Views from the 7th floor are also amazing for breakfast!

First and foremost, the hotel staff was absolutely magnificient! They were very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome from the first moment we walked into the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect. Only a 5 minutes walk from the Moulin Rouge and the nearest metro station was ideal. There were also a lot of different restaurants near by. The hotel breakfast was not spectacular but OK, and as my wife told me, pretty close to the standard hotel breakfasts in Paris usually are. Even the basic room was sufficient in size for two, even though the bathroom was maybe a bit cramped. Our room had a view towards the Eiffel Tower so we got to enjoy lovely light shows every evening.

Facilities Room view was fantastic and location easy to get everywhere, staff were friendly and accomodating, Breakfast was good plenty of variety and always well stocked unlike many hotels where if you reach the end of the serving period there is less available.

The hotel location was great as we wanted to see the Montmartre area. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The airline for my flight into Paris actually lost my baggage and the staff helped me contact them via international calls since I could not do it. The room was a bit small, but manageable. Was also clean and well-decorated. Also our room luckily had a room of the Eiffel tower in the balcony. Their breakfast was also pretty good with a great view of Paris.

Business of the rooftop bar at night. It was very crowded which makes sense for such a cool spot. We weren’t ever able to get a spot at sunset but early morning we took some beautiful pictures.

More attention to room cleaning: we had to ask for fresh towels, toilet paper and coffee capsules. This is something that should not be necessary.

Location in Montmartre and a well appointed room with great view, small balcony. Relatively quiet for such a central location. Nice restaurant.
