The hotel has recently been refurbished. It is very clean and the location is good.

Just minor things. The shower was pretty small and the bathroom was missing a shelf, so you had to put your stuff on the little shelf behind the toilet but they're doing renovations so that could be improved soon. A proper chair for at the table would be great.

A few broken switches but nothing that affected our trip in any way

This is our 2nd stay at the hotel. The location in the Latin quarter, suited us well. Public transport very accessible. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Several supermarkets nearby. Comfy bed. The room was suitable for us travelling with our two daughters. The kitchenette was nice to have. We had a simple dinner in the room one of the evenings. Decor quite out there, but fun. Endless lighting options. Very good breakfast with eggs, bacon and sausages (if that's your thing) Also fruit, crepes, pancakes, pastries, yoghurt, bread, toast cold meat, cheese etc etc The suite is situated across the road from the hotel, only metres away.

We booked a family size room. To our surprise, we got our own apartment, complete with stove, refrigerator, espresso machine and tea kettle. The place was spacious. The neighborhood was safe with nearby great restaurants.

I loved the location, very close to Rue Mouffetard, loved the market there. The room is small, but clean, the beds are really comfy, we walked 20K steps every day so maybe we were tired and slept really well. the shower is good. Most of the staff is friendly, with 1 exception, but people can have a bad day. I would easily stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

Lift was not working when I arrived and nobody offered help with the luggage to get to the fifth floor (. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and leaking; although we reported that to the staff on our arrival day, it was not fixed for four days of our stay.

We had trouble working the air-con which made sleeping sometimes uncomfortably hot.

The property was an excellent location. The surrounding area was very safe and had great access to transport links with buses. There was lots of shops, pharmacies and restaurants nearby. The room was small but comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

the staff was extremely friendly, the room was bigger than the usual Paris standards, beautiful (we had the privilege bedroom, with the stars ceiling), the bathroom was big and nice, with a balcony, and a kettle with tea and coffee. Quiet area but really close from nice restaurants and the metro station.
