There was an extreme problem with water temperature the first night. I attempted a shower and the water was scalding hot and it was burning my skin. There needs to be a temperature regulator on it so it does not go that hot. Children (and adults) could end up with third degree burns

Couldn’t completely control the room temperature. The noise all night outside of the room. The really high tub/shower that was like mounting a horse to get into.

Location was perfect. Close to many of the attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was smaller hotel, with older rooms but clean and comfortable. The hotel is making upgrades floor by floor.

Bathroom was very out of date and the window was extremely unsafe (opened all the way out with a good 4 storey drop below), the elevator was jumpy and rickety, bed wasn’t too comfortable

Like most things in Paris… little in the older side.

Great location to access the Seine, Louvre, Musee D’Orsay, Notre Dame Cathedral etc. We had no car so walked to restaurants. Breakfast here was quite good. Bed comfortable. Bathroom large but tub so high you needed long legs to get in! Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful.

The room was not updated, which we expected, but also a bit dusty. The mattresses had seen better days.

the location of that bedroom being so high with extra stairs to reach the bedroom! my friend has a mobility problem we’re both in our 70’s Not a good fit

we had the top level with too many beds for the two of us! would of been great fir you d family! it was hard for me friend to get up there, to many stairs… were two elderly ladies!

I request double beds for my daughter and grandson. Three times I was told it would be handled. At booking. In email and when arrived a day before my daughter and made sure it was handled. When they get there it was sorry but we can’t help.

Location is great! Unlike what others have experienced, the staff was very helpful! The hotel looks rundown in the reception area. However, the room and toilet were clean. There was a coffee maker in the room.

Beds seemed like singles instead of twins. The comforters were very heavy and stiff so they would fall off the small beds when you rolled over. Air conditioning worked great!

Mattresses were comfy, great location. Staff was extremely nice, accommodating and helpful! The luggage storage was wonderful!
