Breakfast not the best... loved the coffee but the rest was average, for such an expensive room, you expect breakfast to be of a higher standard.

Really enjoyed our stay at the pullman, we wanted a nice view while in paris and we got just that... room clean and modern. Overall happy.

The A/C was not working for 4 days and the room was hot. The hotel provided a fan on our first night, but the maid service removed it the next morning. The taxi driver that took us to the airport to depart from CDG scammed us (his name was Sam). He agreed to the 65 Euro rate and demanded 130 Euros when we arrived at the airport. He also refused to take a credit card because he didn’t want to pay taxes. My family was very upset about this.

The room was comfortable and the location made activities easily accessible. Keeping the refrigerator stocked with drinks was nice. Staff was very friendly.

This is my 3rd stay. Breakfast was decent before now it’s just the minimum. Elevator takes for ever. Room cleaning is really below the average.

If the rate was a bit cheaper

Staff was very friendly, the location was perfect, the double glazed windows provided a quiet stay despite the busy neighborhood. Now, it is very expensive but I guess this is Paris!

The shower area does not have a glass pane to prevent water from splashing onto the main area of the bathroom.

World class view of Eiffel tower from the balcony. 3 mins walk to the base of the tower. Plenty of cafe and restaurants near to the hotel.

breakfast choices could have been better and we were not accommodated as we arrived 5 mins before closing and the restaurant manager was not that friendly

special care by the guest services. It was my son's graduation and they left a card for him in the room. It was very sweet of the guest services staff to do that.

The location, of course, was great. Having an eiffel tower view room really is worth the extra charge, it made our trip very special. The staff were lovely and catered to our every need - one in particular ensured we could move rooms to a higher level for a better view of the landmark on our penultimate night.

There was mold on the shower walls and the body wash wasn’t refilled.

Room was a tad small for price but still worth it in terms of cleanliness, location, and room amenities. The bar area closed a little early for our liking.

LOVED our room as it had a partial view of the tower, was modern, and central to many attractions that we wanted to visit. It was an easy location to order an uber and get around town, or walk if we needed to.

Room service,.responding to request.quickly. supplying cleaner bathroom towels and washcloths. They were abit dingy not real white!

Breakfast was great! Hospitality of front desk could be better especially check in. Rooms were clean but not enough wash cloths daily. Room service over the phone was inadequate. Requests not responded to. Need more water in room refrigerator daily. Room staff should try more to speak English. Responses like No English appeared rude on floors when requesting service.

Staff not good on check in Tried to get me to pay again when I knew I had paid and my booking showed I’d paid. Fortunately I stood my ground but some would of paid again and then had the grief of getting your money back.

We requested an early check in well in advance, as we were travelling in to Paris on a morning train to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived at the hotel, not only were we immediately welcome and taken to our room, we were also given a free upgrade to a suite. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay.

The phone stoped working so I couldn’t call room service. The mini bar wasn’t refilled the last couple of days. And the cleaning lady’s were just fixing the bed.
