We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomPoor bar service… staff turning up late so reception staff had to try and do two jobs. Average food and average service in the restaurant. The scrambled eggs served at breakfast were grey in colour and disgusting. The most expensive breakfast 22EUR that I didn’t eat.
Air conditioning was very welcome.

Exceptional staff! When they found out neither of us spoke french they found staff who spoke English to wait on us. Everyone was super kind and really helpful. Really comfortable bed, superb shower and fantastic breakfast with extraordinary choice. I didn't get to use any of the spa facilities as it was just an overnight stay so cannot comment on that facility, but if it was anything like the rest of the hotel then I expect it would be fabulous.

SpainNothing really. The breakfast could be more varied as we were in a hotel attached to a hotel management school. I assume COVID restrictions may have been the reason.
The hotel has its own secure parking, swimming pool and spa. The room is very spacious and was very clean. The staff at the reception were very courteous, welcoming and helpful. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room with balcony. A very pleasant stay. If back in Nîmes, will definitely stay there again.

GermanyThe Restaurant was chaotisch. There was no coordination amongst the restaraunt staff. We were kept waiting for attention. We would have liked to have enjoyed the fixed menu, but two of the starters were not available (hummus and carrot is not everyones choice as a starter!). The breakfast was overpriced at €22. I booked the hotel because it has a swimming pool, but it did not open until 9 a.m. (by which time we were underway)

All the students being used as 'staff' meant that everything was sub-par, no adult was around to make sure that it was being done well or properly. For example, room service ordered on a certain night, wasn't picked up until 36 hours later.
