The building is old. The elevator however fits only 2 people and does not reach the ground floor.

The location was perfect. The hotel 10 minute walks to the 4 line stop at Saint Germain des Pres, the Louvre, and D’Orsay. It is an extremely charming hotel with a comfortable lobby and wonderful service. Our room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was tastefully appointed and had hot water and good water pressure.

The stairs can be a bit tricky (very uneven) although there's an elevator from floor 1 up. Room was small (as expected), however it was noticeably slanted, but not to an uncomfortable degree.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very cosy. Excellent location, and very quiet. V. good breakfast.

Unfortunately, there was some renovations ongoing at the time of our stay. So when you have building works going on, in an old building like this, there is going to be some small problems. Again, both the staff and the contractors were extremely polite and apologetic.

This hotel is in a great location, walking distance across the river from the Louvre, and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars, along Blvd St Germain. The rooms are small, but adequate for a couple, but ask for the biggest room possible! Breakfast is a nice continental style breakfast, on an eat-what-you-want basis, served with a choice of coffees and teas. Breakfast times are very generous 7am-1030am. The staff are really great, and I would highly recommend this hotel on that basis.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. Practically opposite the Maison Gainsbourg (if that’s the purpose of your visit, as it was ours) Friendly, helpful staff. A super sitting room with an honesty bar. Our room was very comfortable, with lots of character, and very clean. Would definitely stay here again, and definitely recommend. Lastly, the location is superb!

This was by far my most favourite hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was excellent, rooms clean and it was in a lovely neighbourhood. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Would request a larger room however as the small room was a bit too small for two people with two large suitcases.

Nothing in particular. Not sure if it was a one off, but tea/coffee were not resupplied each day.

I liked the fact that this was a building with history and although we were very centrally located, the street is very quiet and it was nice to be able to have the windows open. The lounge area was very nice although we did not use it very much. All the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. We switched rooms after the first night and our request was dealt with professionally and they satisfied our request.

A bit too small, but actually I can't even complain, as I knew it will be like that.

Very simple and small, but this is what is expected from Parisian little hotel. We loved the location, all we needed was near us (this is if you plan to stay in Saint Germain), going for a walk along the river in the evening and have a French breakfast in the cafe on the corner.

The cleaning service could have been better.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They were very knowledgeable on good restuarant recommendations and metro locations. The tram was also extremely helpful on our invoicing for the trip and I'm so grateful for them going the extra mile.

The rooms are small but we were fully advised of before arrival. This is not the hotel’s fault but we could hear the guests in the room above us.

We did not have the breakfast as it didn’t appeal to us. Fantastic location and only 5-10mins walk to main spots, 5 mins from The Louvre. All staff were fantastic and Mas who was working nights was amazing, he could not do enough for us. The hotel was absolutely spotless and was very tasteful. Perfect for a 2-3 day break.

Hotel staff at front desk when I left told me getting a Bolt to the airport wouldn’t work because they always cancel and increase the rate. He wanted to order me a ride for what the hotel ‘s email said would be €85. The Bolt worked fine. Farther away from metro than I would have liked.

Situated on the left bank, this hotel is just meters away from Boulevard St Germain. Staff are warm, helpful and authentic especially a lovely gentleman on the night shift.
